Ronald Griffiths - COACH . At the time of recording Ronald is currently the head coach of the NRL Indigenous Allstars. He is the current NRLW Head coach at the Newcastle Knights . We talk about his coaching journey, experiences and lessons learned that may help viewers and listeners of this podcast.

Ronald shares his insights into how he works to create a positive and inclusive team culture. He also discusses the importance of representing Indigenous culture and I believe he can become the next Aboriginal head coach in the NRL after the great Artie Beetson .
