Brian and PC unveil the men's and women's captains for the 2024 TYR Cup and the captain's selections for their final picks to round out their respected teams at TYR Wodapalooza SoCal on Sept. 20-22 in Huntington Beach, California.

The TYR Cup is an all-star match-up, featuring a two-team, head-to-head format.

This three-day match-up represents two regions: North America vs. World

Both teams are comprised of four invited elite men & four invited elite women, anchored by one male & one female captain.
