You R/Strong, it's time to start training like it. In this episode, Gage announces Team R/Strong!
Team R/Strong is remote training programs for people looking to maximize their physical potential - gain strength, stack on lean muscle mass, improve body composition, gain athleticism, improve conditioning, etc. - through athletic-based strength training. Head Coach, Gage Rosier, a professional strength and conditioning coach, empowers team members to own their training to maximize their potential. Coach Rosier delivers training programs through the Teambuildr app, which allows team members to view exercise demonstration videos, upload videos for direct feedback from Coach Rosier, track progress toward goals, and engage with other team members, among other features that make the training experience "dummy proof" for team members.
Team R/Strong training is delivered as "team programs" with different "performance paths" that focus on specific outcomes or address certain limitations (i.e. limited equipment). Team members choose which "performance path" best suits their needs and goals. Registration is currently open for two paths - Farm Strength and Min-Max.
All Team Members receive:
- Training programs updated weekly that includes 3-5 training sessions per week
- Direct coaching through the Teambuildr app from Coach Rosier
- Weekly email support from Coach Rosier
- Monthly assessments to track progress toward your goals
- Access to a "team" with other like-minded individuals, on the same program, supporting each other
- R/Strong Performance Gear
Team Dues: $50/month
- 7 day trial period included. You can sign up risk free!
