A Comedian, TV writer, performer and bestselling author of Sane New World and A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled, amongst others. Ruby also holds a Masters’ degree in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy from Oxford University as well as an OBE for her services to mental health! No doubt many people will want to thank Ruby for her dedication and tireless commitment to helping us navigate our minds.
