Steven Herrera has a bachelors of science in Human Biology from UC San Diego. He's a Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM), Exercise is Medicine Certified (ACSM), a Posture and Mobility Specialist a Certified Nutritionist.
Steve founded Stick-To-It Fitness (stickToItFit.com) here in my home town of Portland, Oregon. He's conducted more than 10,000 fitness classes and has written more than 2,000 training programs. He's also on a mission to help the world kick sugar with the world’s first keto-friendly candy bar.
