We’ve all likely dealt with stressing around money at some point. If you’re living under constant money stress, it can keep you up at night.
Now, there’s the fear with literally not having enough money in your bank account and you’ve got bills to pay. But that’s not the kind of money stress I mean. What about when the money is in your account and you have a good job or business to keep it flowing, but you still feel the stress?
Just like being in codependent relationships or repeating people-pleasing patterns can wreak havoc on your emotions and sense of self-worth, your money stories can serve a similar function. So in this episode, I really want to talk about my broad framework for clearing money blocks that you can use to heal your financial shit.
9:53 - How I define the word “block” (of any kind) and examples of my former money blocks
12:34 - The fluid way you can work with my four-part framework
13:08 - Discussing the first part of the framework
17:58 - How Suze Orman stressed me out and Ramit Sethi helped me de-stress
24:04 - Rethinking how money can help you have a life you want to live
26:40 - Why you’ll probably want to revisit the second part of the framework every year
27:57 - Part three of the framework: the B word and how it gives you so much freedom
37:43 - Money as an energetic exchange and a prevalent belief about money and work
45:04 - Why purpose and passion aren’t necessarily the same thing
47:48 - Recapping the four parts and why I wanted to share this episode at this time
