Ms. Tisby was in love with the defendant and claims he has been ducking her requests for a DNA test for her daughter. She and her mother say that he better be ready to step up and be a daddy when today's results prove he is the father. Mr. Quarterman says the plaintiff is delusional and is only trying to use him for money and once the results prove he is not the father he wants her out of his life.
