Unlike other fitness instruction this approach takes a meditative approach to building body awareness and leads to joyful, resilient movement patterns. I'll guide you through a grounding meditation, breath awareness, embodiment of gravitational force through your skeleton, and neuromuscular sequencing that helps you work with weight and force to minimize impact and increase buoyancy.
