Russ joins us to talk about his journey in coaching. He tells us how he went from a manager at a small college to one of the youngest D1 assistant coaches in the country and the lessons he's learned in the years since. Russ is one of the best in the business at maintaining relationships and he gives us insight into the system that he uses to ensure that he is staying in touch with his contacts. Russ is now part of a young staff that has helped get Tennessee State to the top third of the OVC.
