Tulsi Gabbard, Director of National Intelligence, released a report alleging President Barack Obama and administration officials fabricated intelligence to frame President Donald Trump for Russian collusion. The report claims a “treasonous conspiracy” aimed to delegitimize Trump’s 2016 win. Department of Justice review is pending.
