This can be especially troublesome for men. And most men (including me) probably have some inner conflict related to that.
Patrick and I discuss “Peter Pan Syndrome”— When a grown man is stuck in elements of “boy psychology”.

Last month I noticed my mind was going in a bad direction.
At moments I thought I was depressed, and maybe I was. But I realized there was a lot within my mental state that was well within my control.
So I decided to do a little lifestyle challenge following the principles of one of my historical role models— the Miyamoto Musashi.
This video covers the 21 principles of Dokkodo alongside my 3 week routine:
Btw, I’m revamping the Archetype Challenge to include some new content along with a physical journal. Which means next month the price will increase. If you want to get it at the old price, sign up now :). Still comes with a free coaching session.

In a committed relationship, that’s actually the wrong way to ask the question…
This episode covers a man’s role in influencing the shared perceptions (viz: Magician Archetype). We’ll look at it through different lenses such as “controlling frame” (Red Pill) vs. shared meaning-making (nation-building).

However if you’ve “inherited” undesirable patterns, or see them spreading in your family, you can be the one to interrupt them.
Noelfry rejoins the podcast to share a recent experience of disrupting his familial patterns.
