Before I converted, I really had a negative view of the phrase "Catholic Guilt." It seemed like something people accused Catholics of having to do weird, irrational actions. It wasn't until long after I converted that I understood the proper role of Guilt in my faith.
We are in a battle. The forces of darkness have a wide array of weapons they are eager to use against us. Today we open up one of those weapons, Shame, and give really practical tips on how to identify it, as well as to diffuse it's power.
