A child goes missing and isn't it the darnedest thing, it results in T.J. Hooker becoming a one man army invasion force. Old Teej has not only a child to save but a jewel heistin' deadbeatin' dad to crack down upon. So going to Mexico and becoming a vigilante makes sense!
