We got some rotten apples in the Los Santos Police Department! That's right, there's vigilantism afoot and we all know T.J. Hooker cannot stand for cops who go rogue, unless it's him! That's his thing, not theirs! It's no fair they get to kill people and T.J. wasn't invited! I just don't understand how you cannot invite T.J. Into this cabal of murder and death. Oh, right.
