Alicia is responsible for BCG’s efforts to attract, retain, and develop exceptional talent, ensuring BCG delivers leading-edge capabilities and diversity of perspectives to clients. She also serves on the firm's Executive and Operating Committees. Previously, Alicia was the North America Consulting People Team chair leading Women@BCG for North America. Over the last five years, she played a vital role shaping BCG’s people strategy through COVID and developing new programs like Teaming@BCG and Pathways@BCG.
