Episode 2 is all about helping you perform at your best when it matters the most.  During high-pressure situations, athletes have to be in control of their mind and body.  Episode 2 is all about managing your focus cycle - what you focus on, how you talk to yourself, your body's physical reaction to stress/pressure, which puts you back in control of your emotions.  This cycle will drive your performance and starts with you being aware of what is going on so that you can then be intentional about taking back control.
