 Husband to Bethany, his supportive fire wife and father to Kelsey, my smart, beautiful 17 daughter. 14 yr Firefighter /Paramedic rank with the historical Weatherford TX Fire Department (1876). Assigned to Truck 1 Squad 1. Served with several fire departments as volunteer, part time and career. It took 6 years to get on to a career Department. Failed Paramedic school 3 times before passing and tested for Weatherford for 10 years before finally getting hired. Former Instructor at The Weatherford College Regional Fire Academy and current President of the Frontier F.O.O.L.S. TX chapter. I can never give back enough to the Fire Service what it has given to me. I love Firefighters and absolutely love learning from and teaching fundamental Firemanship. He was awarded the FOOLS International Dana Hannon award for 2022. This award is given in honor of Dana Hannon. Dana Hannon was a F.O.O.L.S. member, FDIC HOT class instructor, and member of the FDNY. Dana was killed on September 11, 2001. This award is given to a F.O.O.L.S. member who shows a true passion for training his Brother and Sister firefighters. Through training we can ensure that our Brothers and Sisters will have the knowledge and skills that will protect them on the job.
