So often, if you are off mentally (maybe there’s a work thing going on that’s messing up your thinking) or you’re emotionally challenges these problems manifest themselves as performance problems. Maybe a glitch in your swing or you aren’t turning completely, or some other element of performance is affected. But it isn’t a performance issue! In order to fix the performance, we need to identify the cause which could be any of the elements of the MESS!
