They are all methods of seeking wisdom and healing the human soul.  I share my personal take on why Norse Mythology is the ideal mythology for understanding the archaic man within the soul of modern man and the personal shadow within the unconscious. A step which is necessary for Jungian individuation and, I argue, for Stoics on the path of the Prokopton.
