Catch and Release is a 2006 romantic comedy, written and directed by Susannah Grant.  This is the story of Gray Wheeler played by Jennifer Garner. When we meet Gray, it is the day of her wedding, except Gray is NOT getting married to her fiancee Grady on this day. Today is now the day of HIS funeral. We don’t know what happened except that shortly before the wedding, Grady suddenly passed away and we are left with Gray trying to pick up the pieces. She is comforted by Grady’s friend Sam played by Kevin Smith. His friend and business partner Dennis played by Sam Jaeger. And Fritz, Grady’s old friend who now lives in California… Fritz is played by Timothy Olyphant.  As we learn more of Grady and his sudden passing Gray begins to unravel a mystery around his life.
