We've all had at least one bad experience with landlords and banks. 

You're even more likely to face such problems if you're poor or on a low income. 

Such disparities and injustice may seem normal, but in the grand scheme of things, these things complicate an already hard life to many people. 

With a bachelor's in economics, I'm fully aware of what some of the measures I mentioned in this episode could entail (hello subprimes). 

That said, I always put human need before human greed, so bear with me, this is just a rant, not an economic plan
