Hey girl, I just wrapped up a coaching series and wanted to drop this Monday motivation episode for you! 

Today I truly want to encourage you and let you know that you do not have to give the opinions of others so much power. Many times we embrace what others have said about us to the point that we acknowledge that as truth, and whatever you embrace as truth becomes the way you live your life. 

Sometimes we also are not following the path we are meant to be on because we put so much weight on the opinions of others. Many of us did not receive validation from those around us growing up, and as women sometimes we are still searching for it.

My goal on today’s episode is to give you some hope by knowing that you do not have to fit into someone’s else's box, and you also do not have to hold yourself back just because of the opinions of others. 

Mujer, you are a masterpiece and I hope you know that the opinions of others do not define you.
