Located at the gateway to Paris, Boulogne-Billancourt has been classified as a Town of Art and History, and has made it a rule to pay tribute to the talents that have forged its heritage, with a direction for future years: to respond to the best of the past with a demand for good memory, excellence and dynamism. Its ordinary urban fabric, full of character, especially when it comes to social housing, deserves to be rehabilitated! 

It's against this backdrop that FRASK Architectes has come up with a mixed-use, social housing project for the commune.

In Boulogne Billancourt, Immobilière 3F's project for heavy rehabilitation combined with the construction of housing and the creation of a 1,280m² area is a perfect example of the interesting mix of interventions that can be required.
