The Héroïne agency is young, created in the midst of the Covid pandemic, when everyone was predicting the death of physical stores in favor of digital. The founders of Héroïne are convinced that the opposite is true. However, brands must evolve and no longer focus solely on transactions, but on people and their emotions. They have therefore built their agency around a cornerstone: the R.O.X.TM method, which stands for “Return on eXperience.” They work with clients ranging from DNVBs (Digital Vertical Brands) such as Horace to luxury houses such as Cartier, CHANEL, Hermès, and Amouage, for whom they design stores around the world.
