More About Monica:

Monica is a faith-filled Mujer, homeschool mom of two beautiful children, a wife, and a former 2x Golden Gloves boxing champion, Certified Level 1& 2 Boxing Trainer, Personal Trainer, and Podcaster. She was a competitive boxer in the sport for 12 years. After being in the industry for some time and then becoming a mom, she suffered from postpartum depression and knew that she didn’t want other moms to feel alone, and felt led to create something for women who were struggling just like like she was.

Monica launched Boxfit Queens in 2022, and began to invite God into her fitness journey and partnered biblical principles with her fitness workouts.

She became passionate about creating an empowering community where women & moms could feel capable and confident after having children. She was inspired to encourage women to know that it is never too late to transform and start something new.
