In this bonus episode, I interview Claire Armstrong from the Equality and Human Rights Commission (https://www.equalityhumanrights.com/) about the ECHR's updated technical guidance on sexual harassment at work.

Clare is a solicitor in the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s Litigation and Advisory team. She was the lead drafter for the Commission’s updated technical guidance on harassment at work and was involved in the Commission’s work related to the Worker Protection Act 2023 during the parliamentary process.
