Every year, thousands of people are hurt while working with ladders, at home and at work. In honor of National Ladder Safety Month, here is an episode you might want to include in your training. We've included everything from selection to types of ladders and how to inspect/use ladders properly. We’ve also included a few real-life stories we hope will motivate your team to think of their safety the next time they reach for a ladder.
