Full Hour | Today, Dom Giordano led off the Dom Giordano Program by discussing a new initiative by the Biden administration to legalize safe injection sites, something that Philadelphians have been fighting against for years. Then, Giordano plays back a clip from the Howard Stern Show, with the host asking Al Michaels to make a stand during the Super Bowl and tell people to get vaccinated. After that, Giordano takes aim at Randi Weingarten, president of the American Federation of Teachers, who joined MSNBC to offer her support for reduction of masking mandates after over a year of pushing back against the suggestion.
Then, Bill McSwain, gubernatorial candidate in Pennsylvania, returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss multiple issues playing out across the state in the lead up to the coming election. In this week’s interview, McSwain offers his thoughts on the continued spike in crime in the city and ways to address it, tells what he thinks about masking mandates after a change of tone by Democrats such as New Jersey governor Phil Murphy, and tells of the importance of school choice.
