  • 64 | Finding Strength in Motherhood (Interview with Erika Berardinucci)

Episode 64. Erika and I have a raw and real discussion talking about her story of choosing to pursue her passion in life and make a career out of what she loves. Through this time, she also became a mother and found herself in the throws of motherhood, ahead of all of her friend, seemingly feeling isolated and alone. She was completely unprepared for all that motherhood had in store and through this has found healing in sharing her story so that mothers can learn to unite and have open conversation about what we are all going through.

  • 63 | Is How You Want to FEEL Conditional Upon What You HAVE?

Episode 63. Do you live your life constantly thinking, “What I have ____, then I can do ______ and I’ll finally be______.’ So many of us live out lives allowing how we want to feel to be conditional upon what we have and what we do.

Instead, what if we chose to BE how want RIGHT NOW? What if we held onto those feelings and owned them? And from that, what we want to have and what we do will flow from our BE-ing? It’s all about the law of attraction and you have the power.

So, find clarity and figure out what it is that you really want to have and what you really want to do. And then imagine and visualize this. How do you feel? Harness that exact feeling and live it every day and watch your best life manifest in front of your eyes.

  • 60 | Where Do You Start When You Feel Like Your Entire Life is Out of Alignment?

Episode 60. Where do you start when you feel like all the parts of your life are out of alignment? The short answer is YOU. YOU are the foundation in your life and then all of the areas can then be tackled after you get you right. And the most amazing part of it, is that our life isn’t compartmentalized. Every area affects the other; so the great news is that if you are getting yourself aligned, many other areas of your life will follow. What I recommend to do to start with is:

    • Take care of your basic needs: eat, sleep, drink water
    • Find a mindfulness practice aka meditation
    • Learn to constantly check in with your energy and what you need to focus on next
    • Set quarterly goals to begin to take action on the different areas of your life
    • Remember… you can have it all, just not all at once.

Life is going to always give you another “messy middle” and it’s your decision if you hide from it and wait for it to pass or choose to move THROUGH it and learn from what life is giving you.

  • 59 | Has Your Body Betrayed You?

Episode 59. As I sit in the discomfort of feeling unwell for an extended period of time, I’m faced with questioning if my body is doing what it’s supposed to be doing, or is it betraying me? I’ve been in situations before through injuries and anxiety where I have felt completely betrayed by my body. In my healing, I learned that our bodies are our intuition, they are our soul and it’s our job to take care of them. If we ignore what they’re saying, put them off, and simply not listen, they need to then speak louder. THIS is when we feel betrayed.

What if you practiced mindfulness and body awareness so it didn’t get to this point? What if doing this would help you understand exactly what was happening. Recognizing that everything we feel is energy moving through us and also recognizing that sometimes it’s not our energy to heal.

I discuss my experience with this and the different ways that I have learned to be in tune and listen. This way, my body and I develop a trusting relationship.

  • 58 | Where I Was and Where I am Now

Episode 58. Four years ago, I was in daily massive panic attacks drowning in my work and motherhood. I couldn’t figure out how this could be “happily ever after” or why so many of us were living like this. I have climbed, little steps at a time and just stopped to look at the view realizing how far I’ve come.

In this episode, I share more about my journey and where I am now and how I feel that it’s part of my purpose to help other women climb this mountain. We don’t have to do it alone.

  • 57 | What if You Were on Your Death Bed?

Episode 57. Kairos time vs Chronos time. We are a society who lives in Chronos time of needing to get things done and live in structure by the minute. But what if you lived a little more freely, taking intentional action and allowing there to be more quality than quantity?

In this episode I talk about the different between these two types of time and how it relates to the top 5 regrets of the dying. I use both of these concepts to help me live a life of more quality moments and more time freedom.
