Episode 74. In today’s episode, we’re talking about judgement and how to free yourself from living in it and being affected by it. So many of us live our lives for other people and need the acceptance of others around us. Living this way leaves us vulnerable to be knocked down over and over again, never being able to find our self-confidence. The two big take aways to know about judgement, and in turn become free from it:

1. Other peoples’ judgements is a direct reflection of their insecurities. (and your judgement is a reflection of YOUR insecurities.)
2. The judgements that trigger you the most are a way to learn even more about yourself (as opposed to using it as a way to be angry and dissect the other person giving the judgement).

Episode 70. Today’s interview is with Brook Todd, a Speech-Language Pathologist. Brook has been practicing speech-language pathology for 19 years, 17 of them being in her own private practice with a background in pediatric speech therapy. She supports children and families in building communication skills for functional purposes in their lives. One of her passions is getting parents involved in the process and really teaching them how to help their child own their communication skills. Her purpose is to help parents understand their child's difficult behaviors and get to the root cause so that they can shift their perspective and possibly their approach to handling those behaviors.

Brook is also a mother of an 11 year old girl who has taught her more about life and how to live than she has ever imagined! She lives outside of Atlanta, GA with her husband, daughter and 3 cats.

Episode 69. Today, I’m sharing one of my big fears and how the Universe has been offering opportunities over and over to make one of my big dreams come true, but I’ve been denying all of the opportunities because of my fear. In this past week, I made the decision to push through this fear and take action which has snowballed into making other big decisions and doing big things. 
 
 We all have the power to push through fear… False Evidence Appearing Real. If you are moving forward and taking action, you are succeeding. It’s in sitting still and not taking the opportunities that we can fail and miss out on experiencing the life we are being given to live.

Episode 68. In today’s interview, I speak with Lauren. Lauren, 35, is a married mother of 2, a 10 year old girl and 6 year old boy. She currently is the office manager of her father’s dental practice and will be returning to grad school beginning next week. While these are all truths about her life, she’s 6 months into the journey of truly discovering who Lauren is under all the titles. She’s currently “in process…..”

Lauren shares her story of how her “damn broke” a few months ago and she is in the middle of sorting out all of the pieces that fell. She’s figuring out who she is again and leaning into the scary, uncomfortable and vulnerable feelings that come up in it all. She knows her story is important to share so that she can help change another’s life. And I know she will.
