Episode 52. So many of us live a life fully dictated by our limiting beliefs as we hold ourselves back from living up to our fullest potential. We are weighed down by thoughts of not being good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, skinny enough, a good enough parent, worker, sister, boss, friend, wife. We don’t have enough time, money expertise, skill and the list goes on and on.
These thoughts become beliefs and then shift our perspective in how we see the world. We live our life then finding evidence to support our belief system and we will be sure to find it.
But did you know that if you change these limiting beliefs into positive ones, you will ALSO find evidence to support this? That if you believe you are good enough, have enough time and enough money you will live a life that supports this?
Yes, you can actually change how you live your life and how you FEEL about your life. All with your thoughts. We have full control and full power. It’s like a super power that so many of us aren’t using.
