Episode 85. So many of us find ourselves in moments of a constant rotation with nothing changing no matter how hard you try, but are we trying hard enough? Are we meeting the momentum of our revolving with enough force to get it to change direction?
Today we talk about the difference between revolving and evolving and how we can use the law of physics to guide us in understanding how to change the momentum of what we’re doing.

Episode 85. When we are flooded with a plethora of personal growth opportunities, it’s so easy to get indecision fatigue and feel confused as to which is the right one. When should you say yes?
There is no easy way; it’s so complex and there are so many reasons that a person would want to say yes or no. It’s a matter of really getting in tune with yourself and what you want in your life that can help guide you on when to say yes.
Is saying no feeling good and relieving you of the decision? Or is saying no still leaving you feeling unsettled and unsure?
Ask yourself if leaving the opportunity behind is worth it. How could your life change if you take the opportunity? What could happen? Is it worth the risk to go for it? Or are you okay knowing that you may never have that growth opportunity again?

Episode 84. It’s not uncommon for me to receive the compliment of “I admire how much you do.” or “How confidently you take action on what you believe in.” And what I have found is that I’m as scared as any other person to do… well, anything big. Sometimes even anything small.
Taking action will give you confidence, courage and clarity in the decisions you’re making in your life. So if you also want to feel more confident, courageous and have more understanding of where you want to go and who you want to be, you must take action.
Inaction will feed your fear and doubt.

Episode 83. Take back your time! More and more often I have become very observant and curious at the continued lack of boundaries that happen around our time. What we’re expected to do, texts and phone calls at any time of the day, Sundays are no longer sacred and we are expected to do so much more, all in the same amount of time. It’s time to take a closer look at what this is doing for you, where you personally want to set your boundaries around what’s okay for you and doing that. Take back your time!

Episode 82. In looking at how to improve in different areas of our lives, many of us, myself included, can find ourselves stuck and in a belief of having no momentum because we are too focused on the end result. But the end is death, isn’t it? All of our life is the middle and sometimes it’s the messy middle.
As we work towards bettering ourselves and growing, it’s always important to recognize that perfection will never, ever be achieved. So if we look at our lives and assume we’ve failed because a certain area still needs work, we are looking at our life through lack. Our journey is about progress not perfection. When you find yourself saying, “I can’t,” instead ask, “How can I?”
Keep going, keep changing and keep taking action. And remember that if you are constantly working to improve, while you look ahead and assume you have failed, remember to look at where you are right NOW and where you may have been. Our small actions are what create the most change, but sometimes we forget to look at how far we’ve come.

Will you choose to commit to the empowering thoughts or the disempowering thoughts? No matter what your life looks like, it’s a direct reflection of the words and thoughts you choose. In committing to shift these to be empowering and with no limits, the sky is the limit in the life you want to create for yourself.

Episode 77. As I prepare to leave for a trip with my husband, I’ve been working so hard to try and lean into the woman I used to be. The woman who went on these trips with no anxiety and just excitement and relaxation. And then I had a moment… I am NOT that woman anymore. And that’s amazing. It’s not something to mourn or wish I was.
I am a mother now. I’m a woman who experiences anxiety sometimes. I am sexier. I’m more aligned. I’m more confident. And I’m stronger. Why the heck would I NOT want to go on this trip as ME.
And then I realized. So many women live in this space. The space of either projecting into the future to become the woman they thought they were supposed to be or living in the past wishing they could be the woman they once were.
But what would happen if you allowed yourself to have the space to be exactly who you are right here and right now? What if you opened your eyes to all of the opportunity to grow and become the woman you’re MEANT to be?
