Into Isolation 

To Emasculate Them Into Isolation is a difficult topic to have the general public reason with since a large number, if not a majority, of Americans are captivated in the cutting crippling powers of quarantine. In the program discussion, I use the term generally and not just in respect to men. Yet, it strongly applies to men in our times since in the Founding era they talked about ‘manliness and acting as a man’ in respect to family, politics and Christianity.

A few quotes from Sam Adams in the Second Volume (1770 – 1773) of his writings:

…”at the same time that they speak with a manly Freedom”

“Such a Zeal temperd with a manly Prudence will render you respectable in political Circles of Men of Sense.”

“A firm and manly opposition to the attempts that have been made, and are still making, to enslave and ruin this continent, has always been branded by writers of this stamp, with the name of a FACTION.”

“It is by united councils, a steady zeal, and a manly fortitude, that this continent must expect to recover its violated rights and liberties.”

“Nay, what has been commonly called rebellion in the people, has often been nothing else but a manly & glorious struggle in opposition to the lawless power of rebellious Kings and Princes; who being elevated above the rest of mankind, and paid by them only to be their protectors, have been taught by enthusiasts to believe they were authoriz’d by GOD to enslave and butcher them!”

“But is it probable that you will ever make any manly efforts to recover your liberty”

And I can go on with many more quotes. Simply put, when men do not act like men, those who are acting and scheming become the tyrants over the emasculated.

Established decades ago, it is well understood that the educational system has progressively ensured that Citizens in general and men in particular were weakened – so as to be less effective in self-governance. Not withstanding the ChicomFlu debacle forcing isolation, the government systems of the judiciary and various bureaucracies have set precedents and policies such that individuals are emasculated into isolation. The destruction of the male role and identity begs the question: Will we be able “to recover our violated rights and liberties?”

I have two questions for you and all the so called leaders out there regarding what it is to Emasculate Them Into Isolation: How can Governors have unilateral power to ban in home gatherings of more than 10? and Why do people obey?

Not hard questions but the second one is the most important. Solve that question and true Liberty may be around the corner.

Developing the Committees of Correspondence

I broach this topic since so many are clamoring for the communications solutions to the techno-oligarchs. The real questions to this is: What do you want to communicate about? Are you looking for the gossip, the pundit banter, the squabble of politicians, the despotism of bureaucrats – Or – Are you looking to build solutions by focusing on the principles of good governance over tyranny?

With that spinning in you mind, Richard Henry Lee wrote to Sam Adams:

The Real Tea Party 

I was reminded by a friend that this past week was the remembrance of The Real Tea Party that made a statement in 1773. Your question is – What does The Real Tea Party have to do with Political Theology?

There were two principles of the Reformation that were key in allowing Liberty to be understood and the locally elected to act within the clear understanding of those principles. Sadly in our present situation, we will most likely not see a Real Resistance as with the Tea Party of 1773.

With frustration you ask – Why not? The simple answer is that which I have spoken about for this past year regarding political theology and that we do not have ministers, lay leaders nor political leaders that understand Liberty as our Founder did. This list does not understand the basic principles of being answerable to the Eternal Authority in the first order. And second, modern elected have zero understanding of their elected authority as that afforded through the ‘doctrine of the Lesser Magistrate.’

As will be discussed in the program, the theological ideologies of this present time is destructive to to Biblical morality and virtue that are the foundation of a civil society which brought forth America.

Keeping it Short

The Real Tea Party of 1773 was doable because the Lesser Magistrates acted (Period!). They did so against the sitting governor, the bureaucratic plan and cabal, the mercantile machine and the national legislature. Through the ‘Committee of Correspondence’ Sam Adams was able to raise five thousand men from the surrounding towns to descend on Boston for a town meeting concerning the issues behind the tea being forced on them.

Sam Adams was an elected official of Boston and acted as one of the Lesser Magistrates in fighting tyranny. Sam recognized that the forcing of the Tea upon the colonies and the tax associated with it was in fact something more. He wrote:

“But if we are prevailed upon implicitly to acknowledge a right to tax us, by receiving and consuming teas loaded with a tax imposed by the British Pariiament, we may be assured that, in a very short time, taxes of the like or a more grievous nature will be laid on every article exported from Great Britain, which our necessity may require, or our shameful luxury may betray us into the use of; and when once they have found the way to rob us, their avarice will never be satisfied until our own manufactures, and even our land, purchased and cultivated by our hard laboring ancestors, are taxed to support the vices and extravagance of wretches who e vileness ought to banish them from the society of men.”

He continues with identifying the Bureaucratic masterminds at work which would enslave the nation like those in our time who are using the chicomflu: (paras added for modernization)

“We think therefore, gentlemen, that we are in duty bound (as Lesser Magistrates) to use our most strenuous endeavors to ward off the impending evil, and we are sure that, upon a fair and cool inquiry into the nature and tendency of this ministerial (bureaucratic) plan, you will think this tea now coming to us more to be dreaded than plague or pestilence; for these can only destroy our mortal bodies, but we never knew a country enslaved without the destruction of their virtue, the loss of which every good man must esteem infinitely greater than the loss of life. And we earnestly request that, after having carefully considered this important matter, you would impress upon the minds of your friends, neighbors, and fellow-townsmen the necessity of exerting themselves in a most zealous and determined manner, to save the present and future generations from temporal, and we think we may with seriousness say, eternal destruction.”

Corporate Moral Derision 

How is Corporate Moral Derision related to Casus Romae? The simple answer in respect to the ‘fall of Rome’ – Casus Romae – is a societal determination and implementation of morals and ethics. I’m not going to rehash the ‘Fall of the Roman Empire’ since that was written eons ago and had some sloppy conclusions regarding Christianity. I am primarily reintroducing you to Richard Baxter and John Witherspoon regarding the great concept of moral and ethics in business and society while giving a comparison to now and ‘Yes, your company can force you to take the vaccine.’

Something I found was written by historian Will Durant – “A great civilization is not conquered from without until it has destroyed itself within. The essential causes of Rome’s decline lay in her people, her morals, her class struggle, her failing trade, her bureaucratic despotism, her stifling taxes, her consuming wars.”

In a search of history and societies, the definition and implementation of morals and ethics is the tap root in the rise and fall of those nations. The root to these United States rise was the most simple and common belief that is foundational as written by Baxter – “All government of men, is subservient to the government of God, to promote obedience to his laws.” Following this in the references below, Douglas aggregates thoughts that are no longer common in American political thinking let alone in the business world:

“Moreover, Baxter showed great admiration for political theoreticians who defended this view (just stated): “They convinced me how unfit we are to write about Christ’s Government, and Laws and Judgment, etc., while we understand not the true nature of Government, Laws and Judgment in the general, and that he that is ignorant of Politics and of the Law of Nature will be ignorant and erroneous in Divinity and sacred scripture.”

Gee, We don’t think, act or talk about the real purposes of government which was the root of Liberty as our Founders actually lived it.

Keeping it Short

On the program tomorrow, my discussion of Corporate Moral Derision is really the focus. Have been in the corporate world as an executive, I can walk the path of business morals and ethics from the boardroom to the bath room. Sometimes the former residing in the latter to our present where business are dictating individual behavior and beliefs through product manipulation and determining who can participate in the marketplace.

Additionally, Corporate Moral Derision has become the political oligarchs that determine what government should be such that they are intent on eliminating Foundational Constitutionalism for their Marxist – Fascist beliefs of governing.

Lastly in the spirit of keeping it short and hoping you will tune into the program, Douglas in reference 11.a. below makes this observation that transcends business and politics, again we have dumped this fundamental over the last 100 years, especially in the pulpits and academics:

“Baxter maintains that in its basic structure, society is hierarchical and theocratic. In ultimate terms there could be no authority independent of God. Within society, it resides in three main spheres: the Church, the State, and the family. In each of these, the one who exercises authority receives his right to do so from God. Once this is acknowledged, this individual’s command to rule must then be respected and obeyed.

But neither is the ruler himself free from obedience. His divinely delegated duties impose upon him a discipline and a responsibility which make him answerable to God. Baxter never ceases to emphasize that man in every situation of life is some how dealing with God.”

And to think, I have not even brought any perspective of that great modern writer John Witherspoon into the discussion. Oh,

House of Deception 

Have we been living in a House of Deception? I can say clearly say NO! The cabal has been in front of US even before the 1911 Edward M. House book ‘Philip Dru.’ The loss of interest in our Liberties was so evident that Arthur Stansbury wrote the ‘Elementary Catechism of the Constitution’ in 1826. This was for ‘elementary school’ students.

There is no deception other than those like E. M. House who, like the present techno-oligarchs, academics, church leaders and political – global elites, use their money, power and position to promote an agenda contrary to Foundational Christian and Constitutional beliefs.

Since the election I have been asked by many a series of questions. I discuss those questions and the answers on the program.

House Cleaning

Can the design of E. M. House be Cleaned? Only if people are serious to suffer the pain of unravelling the cabal. We have systematically allowed the bureaucratic state to rise to its present control of all things by not raising a moral and virtuous people – pulpits missed their full calling.

I put before you once again the need to House clean beginning with ones self. What do we really believe and why?

I’m including two references that aren’t shocking but to which few if any will look into. The first is on the top of my good read list ‘Unholy Alliance’ by C. Gregg Singer. The second brings the warnings and historical perspective into the present by a full engagement work called ‘The Enemies Within the Church.’ With a realtime house cleaning by the ‘Woke’ in Naples, Florida.

I raise this starting point as the first place of House Cleaning since in retrospect, If the First Great Awakening did not happen, then America would not have come into existence (Period).

As we pursue Truth and Liberty in this election, I highly recommend getting ones own house cleaned.

Call for Martial Law

This is not in this weeks program. I am taking a very hard look at all that this will cause.

I clearly understand the positioning of those that are the strongest and deepest advocates of this call.

The nation has been under attack by subversion for a century. We have a President who is fully aware of this and has been using all reasonable and proper means of combatting these enemies within. Yes, there have been and are the enemies within city, county, state and national government. We the People elected them over and over again. As with the enemies in the church, we have allowed the enemies to transgress in the sacred halls of governance.

The moment is one of allowing the full destruction of the Republic or a drastic measure to preserve it?

At this time, in respect to media blackout, President Trump is fully acting according to Executive Order titled ‘Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election’ dated September 12, 2018.

There is more to the imposing ‘Call for Limited Martial Law’ than most citizens can even begin to comprehend. The justifying example of Lincolns actions in this regard hold distinctive parallels yet, there is no getting by how messy this will be.

More so, the alternative is the potential of civil war and that is really messy.

This demands all to prayerfully consider our historical foundation, our abilities and our willingness to stand for true Liberty as the Founders intended.

Our House, this Nation and every state has been corrupted for over a century by our own inactions.

Liberty Lost: From the Beginning 

Liberty Lost from the beginning of the implementation of the Constitution of 1787. Now I am hearing the outcries of all those modern stalwarts of the US Constitution, “Tom, How Dare you say Liberty Lost from the beginning when the Constitution is the securer of our Liberty?”

I can only make the statement of Liberty Lost based on the comments and testimony of someone who was at the Convention of 1787. Our guest for this program is a forgotten soul. He is an uncelebrated war hero, a political leader and a person of great means and ability. He makes this comment in one of his early commentaries on the Constitution which he was able to debate in person:

“Where the people are free there can be no great contrast or distinction among honest citizens in or out of office. In proportion as the people lose their freedom, every gradation of distinction, between the Governors and governed obtains, until the former become masters, and the latter become slaves. In all governments virtue will command reverence.”

On this program, I will introduce and discuss aspects of an Anti-federalist who for all intents and stature should have been a Federalist. Yet, John Francis Mercer stood with the few who were at the Convention of 1787 and realized that the flaws in this document would be used in the future to inhibit or destroy Liberty of the individual Citizen and the States.

Lost Liberty a factor of Citizens ineptness to want it

John Francis Mercer give a similar commentary to that of Samuel Adams in respect to Citizens who do not understand true Liberty and are willing to give it up so that someone else will govern them. It is a matter of Self-governance that is very lost in our 20th and now 21st century America. Mercer noted it this way:

“That the people are not at present disposed for, and are actually incapable of, governments of simplicity and equal rights, I can no longer doubt. But whose fault is it? We make them bad, by bad governments, and then abuse and despise them for being so. Our people are capable of being made anything that human nature was or is capable of, if we would only have a little patience and give them good and wholesome institutions; but I see none such and very little prospect of such. Alas! I see nothing in my fellow-citizens, that will permit my still fostering the delusion, that they are now capable of sustaining the weight of SELF-GOVERNMENT: a burden to which Greek and Roman shoulders proved unequal. The honor of supporting the dignity of the human character, seems reserved to the hardy Helvetians alone. If the body of the people will not govern themselves, and govern themselves well too, the consequence is unavoidable—a FEW will, and must govern them. Then it is that government becomes truly a government by force only, where men relinquish part of their natural rights to secure the rest, instead of an union of will and force, to protect all their natural rights, which ought to be the foundation of every rightful social compact.”

Our institutions, which includes the churches, have failed to be wholesome and therefore we are left to the ideologies of master and slave, big government and subject, totalitarianism and subjugation.

Liberty Lost is no protection from Civil War

Mercer goes on to discuss that Liberty Lost is compounded in that ultimately the Constitution of 1787 does not give protection from a Civil War. As we have experienced, the 1800’s produced one. In many effects the 1960’s produced another with the rise of socialism and communism that became the ‘cultural revolution.’ And now, we are standing at the edge of the cliff of a full Marxist revolution in this present election cycle.

In regard to this Mercer has two points:

Chickens Running Around 

The Chickens Running Around are looking for all sort of happiness and the littlest of them is shouting ‘the sky is falling!’ But wait, many flocks are roosted on the rooftops looking at signs that have convoluted words transcribed by the minks who have shinnied up the drain pipes to feast upon those that cannot or will not fly.

But wait again, similar to Venezuela, the czar of public happiness wants to ensure that when those chickens running around flock to an event that appeases a sense of happiness, well then, according to TicketMaster, the flock must have their ChicomFlu vaccine or a negative test. So now do the gods of entertainment demand your Liberty so that you can be happy? Don’t forget… Chickens Running Around in the poultry farms get inoculated in their food.

Many are asking, So why the allegory of Chickens Running Around? Who are they? Tom, what the heck are you flapping your wings about? OK, you will need to listen to the program for more on all of this.

Social Media Isn’t

I’m not trying to be insulting here but – the chickens running around from place to place looking for a new roost in the social media environment is now interesting. I was part of a great company designed to replace whole space including applications about three plus years ago. Those that did participate with me on the replacement efforts of unsocial not media were cancelled by the chickens who weren’t willing to scratch for their own content and connections. These chickens want their feed for free and now chase after crowing personalities and loud clacking other birds.

Saying it more than once: There ain’t a free anything!

Well, socialism has a price tag that includes a mindset that someone else needs to scratch the ground and make the feed available so that all the flock in the yard can peck the offerings with little to no personal cost of effort. Oh…. Just lay an egg a day and watch your head when those days are over.

Bottom line is that even if one flies after personalities, who and how is the feed placed in the yard for consumption? No, not a single byte of technology is free. Therefore, can you really trust personalities that promise the fox won’t be in the henhouse but in fact the minks is already richly eating away and none notice because this carnivore is sleek and rich looking..

Federalist #23 and Anti-federalist #17

In Federalist #23, Hamilton presses for unlimited power in the Federal government to exercise military powers both foreign and domestic. He prescribes the notion of:

‘The authorities essential to the common defense are these: to raise armies; to build and equip fleets; to prescribe rules for the government of both; to direct their operations; to provide for their support. These powers ought to exist without limitation, BECAUSE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FORESEE OR DEFINE THE EXTENT AND VARIETY OF NATIONAL EXIGENCIES, OR THE CORRESPONDENT EXTENT AND VARIETY OF THE MEANS WHICH MAY BE NECESSARY TO SATISFY THEM. The circumstances that endanger the safety of nations are infinite, and for this reason no constitutional shackles can wisely be imposed on the power to which the care of it is committed. This power ought to be coextensive with all the possible combinations of such circumstances; and ought to be under the direction of the same councils which are appointed to preside over the common defense.’

Yates, as Brutus, in Anti-federalist #17 counters this by an opening salvo of:

‘This [new] government is to possess absolute and uncontrollable powers, legislative, executive and judicial, with respect to every object to which it extends, for by the last clause of section eighth,

Enemies Within 

Enemies Within the Pulpits is not a new phenomena. The substance of this newsletter and radio program is not to focus on any type of exposé on schism or theological wack-a-doodle stuff. No, the Enemies Within the Pulpits have been discussed and warned about for over one hundred years. Thereby, I can conclude, that based on the preaching at the foundation of these United States from the First Great Awakening to our present time, that a great number of Pulpits are in fact NOW, in 2020, the cause of the confusion in this election and our American society on the whole.

Now there are a number of pastors in their respective congregations that understand that all of living for now and eternity is political. They get it and speak the truth of the extensible Gospel.

For this program, I’m simplifying deep theology to: all politics is religious and holds to the theology of that religion and that religions god. The question of the eons is rendered down to – Who is the god of your political religion? I have put a link to a lecture in the references that goes into more detail on this and with a better explanation then I’m willing to give since we only have 45 minutes for the program/podcast.

Now. Getting back to the Enemies Within the Pulpits. The references presented for this program and the documentation that will be linked on the blog post – establish timelines, names names, shows intent, group associations all pointing to our present – the instantiation of ‘Christian’ Socialism. The information is such that it opens the blinds on how ‘Christian’ Socialism, the social gospel, and critical race theory are so well blended into the norms of church affiliations that it has allowed for the Pulpits to justify voting for democrats. With this documentation are more instances of the full subversion of the democrat party to socialism/Marxism.

Just a note – the sources are not tinfoil hat conspiracy mumbo-jumbo. What I am presenting is what reputable persons have researched and spoken of for well over eighty years.

Consider that ‘Tactically’ noted in the 1934 work titled ‘The Red Network’, many who were and still are studying for the Pulpit have fallen under the methodologies of not only ‘What is Red’ but more so now, the same mind enslaver of ‘critical race theory’:

‘This Socialist method, says Hearnshaw, is “the method of sapping rather than assault; of craft rather than force; of subtelty rather than violence. ‘Permeation’ has been their watchword. . . . Above all they have tried to bemuse the public mind into the belief that ‘socialism’ and ‘collectivism’ are synonymous terms; and that all they are aiming at is a harmless and beneficent extension of state and municipal enterprise.”

Definition for Permeation: spread throughout (something); pervade

Hobgoblins Of Anarchy 

The Hobgoblins of Anarchy is a point of discussion that meets the folly of the celebrants of this day. Considering all the ghouls that are costumed to play various tricks with no treats the root of this essay by Samuel Bryan reverberates in the streets.

Bryan who wrote extensively as ‘Centinel’ says the following:

‘The evils of anarchy have been portrayed with all the imagery of language in the growing colors of eloquence; the affrighted mind is thence led to clasp the new Constitution as the instrument of deliverance, as the only avenue to safety and happiness.’

I would suggest substituting ‘new Constitution’ with ‘socialism / Marxism’ for our present time. This is in fact what the demon-crats and leftist are promoting. Bryan continues describing what is allowed withing the ‘new – 21st Century – Constitutionalism’:

‘To avoid the possible and transitory evils of one extreme, it is seduced into the certain and permanent misery necessarily attendant on the other. A state of anarchy from its very nature can never be of long continuance; the greater its violence the shorter the duration. Order and security are immediately sought by the distracted people beneath the shelter of equal laws and the salutary restraints of regular government; and if this be not attainable, absolute power is assumed by the one, or a few, who shall be the most enterprising and successful. If anarchy, therefore, were the inevitable consequence of rejecting the new Constitution, it would be infinitely better to incur it, for even then there would be at least the chance of a good government rising out of licentiousness.’

I know, you are saying ‘pump the brakes’ on the idea that anarchy is preferred over the Constitution? No, what Bryan was describing in this essay that I will be discussing on the program is that ultimately under that bad implementation of Constitutionalism and the evils that persist amongst mankind, The Constitution of 1787 could make a way available for the insidiousness that are the Hobgoblins of Anarchy that roam the hall of Congress, State Legislatures, Bureaucratic Agencies, the Courts and the streets of almost every State.

A fundamental note followed by another quote is that with the leftists/socialists/jihadists/marxists wanting to ‘fundamentally change these United States,’ their ideology and methods of governing would lead to further ever-present despotism than what we are experiencing State by State because of the ChicomFlu.

Political Theology: Assessing of Doug Wilson – “Resistance, Revolution, Reformation, and Romans (13, That Is)”

Assessing of Doug Wilson 

My first assertion in the Assessing of Doug Wilson is to echo his quote of Kuyper in the first minute of the presentation where in essence that which we are seeing as attacks on freedom being blamed on the state, Kuyper identifies the state as an accomplice and the real culprits in the loss of freedom are us. Doug gives the full litany of that which ‘We The People’ engage in and do nothing about, which has placed us in our present political and cultural situation.

In the Assessing of Doug Wilson – “Resistance, Revolution, Reformation, and Romans (13, That Is)”, my intent is to first be thankful for this ‘Grace Agenda’ topic. Secondly, my intent is to encourage anyone that has any bent toward the idea of ‘Grace’ or believes in the principles of grace, even at the secular level, to watch the video “Resistance, Revolution, Reformation, and Romans (13, That Is)”. So as to not only take in well explained theology but also historical relevance within a studied context.

Why should you care about this Assessing of Doug Wilson?

First off, as I have spoken for decades and as I heard another person reference, The Founders of our Republic were in fact the everyday folks not just those who have prominent names. Those chosen to attend the Revolutionary Congress and then the Constitutional Convention were elected by their peers because their peers were looking for principled representation of their core values related to Liberty – as understood from true Biblical principles of self-governance. Therefore the ‘erase culture movement’ is intent on not just removing the prominent men of the Founding Era but the entire civilization of men, women and children of that era.

With that, every so called Christian is invited to join me in the assessing of Doug Wilson in this presentation that he gave at the ‘Grace Agenda’. In this evaluation, you must consider truth in its entirety. What is important at this very moment is that this November 3rd election is not just about an election. IT IS about either the responsible care of a charge of the Living God in how we should participate in governance and that we select political leaders that will be able to establish the good of the Body of Christ or how will the elected lead that Body into the mire of spiritual and physical destitution, greater sources of sin and further lost favor in the sight of God?

In my opinion, this comes down to: what is your eschatology? For those that don’t understand that word, what do you believe regarding theology concerns of death, judgment, and the final destiny of the soul and of humankind? And then What is the role of Christians in culture, society, family and yes – governance (politics)?

Secondly and I confess selfishly, it is always good to see that there is substance and some validation in ones own work through what notable folks as Doug Wilson are realistically willing to take on.

Keeping it simple:

In the Assessing of Doug Wilson and his presentation, the bottom line, in my opinion, is that we are way behind on addressing 21 Principles of Civil Government that he brings forward. I don’t mean that the Patriot groups out there are behind in addressing the political issues and the 100 years of warnings of what has been leading up to this point. I don’t mean that the Anti-federalists were behind the eight-ball when they wrote relative to the adoption of the Constitution.

What I do mean is that there are those, as with Doug, who are bring the true Biblical and historical Reformation principles of Governance in Liberty to the Pulpit.

Fermenting the Court Or Poisoning Justice 

The concepts of Fermenting the Court or Poisoning Justice was a fundamental argument regarding the Constitution of 1787. As we will survey today, Robert Yates, who wrote as the Anti-federalists Brutus, was clear that “Men placed in this situation will generally soon feel themselves independent of heaven itself.1”

Keeping it simple:

Brutus has much predict that the last 100 years have so well proven to the Poisoning of Justice by the bad bacteria which has been Fermenting the Court into our present Federal system. I use the allegory of fermenting in this program. Considering that Fermenting has been a means of preservation for eons, this only works well if the ingredients are good.

The emphasis is that he predicted not only the poisoning of justice but also the destruction of Liberty if the judicial system was not fermented with all the correct ingredients – that includes morality and virtue as we have discussed in the past.

I am taking you on a shorter journey back in history to a book written in the 1960’s. I have discussed it before. It is ‘None Dare Call It Treason’ by John Stormer. I am opening the box back up regarding the importance of who sits on the Federal Courts. This is not only relative to the ‘Brutus’ articles but timely in respect to the confirmation of Judge Amy Coney Barrett.

I’m reminding you once again that socialism in the U. S. and particularly the Court has been impacting Constitutionalism for more than a century. Noodle on this quote for a moment or two:

During the program I will detail the number of times that the Supreme Court, especially under the leadership of Chief Justice Earl Warren, sided with Communism in numerous court cases. The philosophical principles that ‘Brutus’ warned about.

“Under Warren’s leadership, the Court voided the longstanding sedition laws of 42 states. Communists convicted under them were freed. The government was denied the right to fire federal employees who were proved to have contributed money and services to communist organizations. Schools and colleges were denied the right to fire teachers who refused to answer questions about their communist activities. In the Watkins decision, later modified, the Court questioned the right of Congress to inquire into and publicize communism and subversion suggesting that this “involved a broad scale intrusion into the lives and affairs of private citizens.”

As at the death of Julias Caesar we can shout out ‘hail Brutus’ for the predictions regarding the Federal Judiciary which Robert Yates authored. Sadly in our modern times, the spirit of Caligula is rabid in the leftists/socialists/globalists in the whole of the Judicial system.
