#StickerGate and Pastor Doug Wilson 

Pastor Doug Wilson of Christ Church in Moscow, Idaho updates us on the realities of limiting free speech regarding #StickerGate. What is StickerGate? The better question is: How can a city government enforce a 71 year old ordinance on the expression of Free Speech when it was never enforced in the past? To get to the background read ‘For Immediate Release.’

On this program we will hear from Pastor Wilson about the egregious abuses of power that he and his family are personally experiencing. The arbitrary actions of the City of Moscow are not limited to this size of community but if you look around you can find actions regarding Constitutional Free Speech being ‘cancelled’ all over these United States.

Let us remember that the First Amendment in the Federal Constitution has five fundamental Rights secured: worship of God, speech, the press, assembly and redress of grievances. In respect to StickerGate, the Idaho Constitution clearly secures these fundamental Rights generally in Article I Sections 1, 2 and specifically in Sections 9, 10 and 22. I would suggest that the City of Moscow has problems understanding that based on the Idaho State Constitution, the political class there do not comprehend Article I Section 3 setting “the Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land” nor the Rights reserved in all the afore mentioned Sections of Idaho’s ARTICLE I – DECLARATION OF RIGHTS.

The case of #StickerGate is now at trial. Will the Rights of the Wilson’s be secured or is there something else goin on here. Follow Pastor Wilson at his blog called: Blog & Mablog.

What’s Unique about #StickerGate?

I discuss with Pastor Doug Wilson what it means to live out the full extensibility of The Gospel. I have always seen that the effects of the body of Christ in Moscow are exemplary in true active community. Pastor Wilson points out the key to how this works. Here’s a hint: less than 50% of the students in school in Moscow attend secular government schools.

Think about that when considering how folks in the community would know their God given rights and that government is not their masters. Hmm, can it be that an understanding of the fundamentals of truth rub the establishment such that a Sticker can light hair on fire? Listen to find out more about what Sam Adams would say:

Individual Rights 

Individual Rights are flippantly tossed around from water-cooler conversations to the roar of pundits and barking across social media. Worse, the political class uses ‘rights’ as a mechanism for manipulation of the population in general.

This week I dig into not only what Sam Adams had to say about Individual Rights but also the essence of meaning from Creation itself.

I have had it with both Republican and Democrat Parties yapping about ‘Individual Rights’ when they are not defining them from a Foundational perspective nor are they protecting them for what they actually are.

Take Ohio for example, the former head of the State Republican Party is now a candidate for the Ohio US Senate and yet she did nothing to call the Republican Governor to accountability for his arbitrary and pernicious despotism related to the ChicomFlu mandates. If this political party actually believed in ‘individual rights,’ they would not have and continue to trample all over them with fear, fraud and mistakes of manipulating truth. The regard for fundamental individual rights is not in the remotest neuron in the minds of the political class.

And forget the Democrat Party, they are 100% sold out to humanism with all its ‘ism’ derivatives that individual rights is a play-toy for despotism and tyranny.

Why is the over-reach of the Bureaucratic State with its executioners, the Executive Branch of government, able to subvert Individual Rights? It is partially because the Citizenry has been lulled into the misunderstanding of what ‘Individual Rights’ are. Sam Adams noted this in “The Rights of the Colonists As Men”:

In short, it is the greatest absurdity to suppose it in the power of one, or any number of men, at the entering into society, to renounce their essential natural rights, or the means of preserving those rights; when the grand end of civil government, from the very nature of its institution, is for the support, protection, and defence of those very rights; the principal of which, as is before observed, are Life, Liberty, and Property. If men, through fear, fraud, or mistake, should in terms renounce or give up any essential natural right, the eternal law of reason and the grand end of society would absolutely vacate such renunciation. The right to freedom being the gift of God Almighty, it is not in the power of man to alienate1 this gift and voluntarily become a slave.

Now the real ownership for the over-reach of government is on US as individuals. Yup, giving up essential natural rights in fear such that the Governor in Ohio is claiming that his mandates are law and that to return to ‘normal,’ all citizens must get the unproven shot. Has anyone bothered to check what his family investments are in the all the companies that are tied to his mandates? No and they won’t.

What so often occurs in these modern times is that the words ‘inalienable rights’ and ‘individual rights’ become mush in the chewing twist of an ideological pretzel. This chewed mush is once again the result of many pulpits and every level of education being collaborators with the voluntary enslavement of the citizenry.

Sam Adams has much to say about our natural individual rights but this statement again from the “The Rights of the Colonists As Men” should help us take charge in how even local governance acts:

“Just and true liberty, equal and impartial liberty,” in matters spiritual and temporal, is a thing that all men are clearly entitled to by the eternal and immutable laws of God and nature, as well as by the law of nations and all well-grounded municipal laws, which must have their foundation in the former.

Patriot Pastor and Former State Legislator Matt Shea 

Matt Shea is one to answer a calling that causes pause in some yet energizes others by the full extensibility of the Gospel. This weeks program is an interview with not just a Bronze Star recipient, nor a Washington State Legislator but with a Patriot Pastor.

The Massachusetts Election Sermons

I have said for years that the debasing of our pulpits in relationship to self-governance and governing occurred in the mid – 1800’s. The Social Gospel tied to what was happening since 1797 in Europe and earlier with the rise of Unitarian/Universalism at Kings Chapel, Boston in 1785. The ultimate result is that what was significant in reminding those being seated after their election – that they were ‘under the whole authority of God and responsible to him for all decisions’ – went out of history beginning in Massachusetts in 1884.

The real tragedy here is that the People and nation, as in the Book of Amos, lost their original perspective for religious, personal and political Liberty such that our present is full of the condition that the sheepherder-breeder, Amos, identifies through inspiration in that writing.

Just some thoughts for you to chew on from the introduction to the 1897 book ‘The Massachusetts Election Sermons:

On Wednesday, 7 January, 1885, the General Court of Massachusetts met to organize; the two branches of the Legislature chose their presiding and other officers, and then adjourned to the next day. In obedience to an Act passed , on 6 March, 1884, “To repeal the Public Statutes relating to the Annual Election Sermon,”1 there was omitted from the ceremonies incident to the day an ancient custom, without the observance of which the legislators of earlier days would not have had the temerity2 to begin their public duties. For some years previously, the delivery of the sermon had been tacitly3 acknowledged to have been persevered in more through respect for honorable precedent than as a sincere expression of the religious and political spirit of the age; accordingly this last slight interdependence in the Commonwealth between Church and State had few to mourn its extinction, with the exception perhaps of some persistent admirers of the tempus acturm4.

Now, Jerry Nadler takes the exemplifies this 1884 legislation in making a statement regarding HR1 during debate in the US House of Representatives:

Liberty, Freedom and Resistance

There are the subtle differences in Liberty and Freedom that need to be clarified. In our modern times those words have become synonymous. With having clarity of the differences we can then look at what is proper Resistance to evil – tyranny and despotism.

Liberty and Freedom, in these modern times, are defined moment by moment as the postmodern elites chose to recite the sounds so as to be the ‘Pied Piper’ leading the masses into the river of slavery.

In this era of the ChicomFlu data manipulation and deceptions, the rational for bureaucrats and governors to be despots is for the securing of your ‘Freedom’ to be ‘normal.’ But… you must give up your fundamental Liberties to regain your Freedom.

Enter the ‘new age’ of slavery: at least four future generations of debt to international and fiat money (China and the Federal Reserve), voting nationalized and meaningless (HR1), the Logan’s Run Carousel-Renewal (Covid inoculation), travel only with documentation (inoculation certificate), forced method of transportation and comfort (Green New Deal), muzzled (masks and communications), anxiety-depression-disassociation (manipulated mental health).

Restoring Liberty is the foundation of Resistance. A simple verse in James says: Resist the devil, and he will flee. But the words before those are: Be subject therefore unto God.

Mayhew on Tyranny

Tyranny brings ignorance and brutality along with it. It degrades men from their just rank, into the class of brutes. It damps their spirits. It suppresses arts. It extinguishes every spark of noble ardor and generosity in the breasts of those who are enslaved by it. It makes naturally-strong and great minds, feeble and little; and triumphs over the ruins of virtue and humanity. This is true of tyranny in every shape. There can be nothing great and good, where its influence reaches. For which reason it becomes every friend to truth and human kind; every lover of God and the christian religion, to bear a part in opposing this hateful monster. It was a desire to contribute a mite towards carrying on a war against this common enemy, that produced the following discourse. And if it serve in any measure, to keep up a spirit of civil and religious liberty amongst us, my end is answered.

Claiming Reparation of the Free Citizens of Ohio and These United States

Liberty and Freedom have been assaulted by many governors across this nation. The Free Citizens have been attacked not by a sever flu but by the destruction of the persons in the full context of what that means. To help with that, the Nations Founders put personhood into perspective as: life and property. Property includes intellectual property, businesses, physical items and family members.

Taking Ohio as an example, Governor DeWine and his unelected bureaucratic despots have and are destroying all that is considered personhood for the greater number of Citizens. He has, as of Thursday 3-4-21, declared that Ohio will never be un-muzzled and will have felonious restrictions kept on them. His rational is the manipulation of the data as proven by trusted scientists (see The Ohio Post De-Presser 3-4-2021). The revelation of facts is shocking and appalling.

It is time to claim Reparation for the Free Citizens directly from this Governor and the un-elected bureaucrats. How?

Never let him be re-elected (period). With a new administration, fire all the career bureaucrats that do not adhere to Foundational Constitutional beliefs. Clean house in all departments.

Support the State Legislature in curbing executive and bureaucratic tyranny.

Lesser Magistrates 

The Doctrine of Lesser Magistrates is like other many practical political theological principles that have been put in the closet of postmodernism (see references for definitions), especially in the pastoral mind. There are modern thought leaders in the pulpits that have clarity and identify the need for political action at every level within the context of Foundational truth. Yet, the great number of US Citizens have no idea of what the elected are supposed to do let alone act according to the principles of the Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates.

This program is Part II in discussing the Lesser Magistrates. I was honored to present Part I on the Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates at the Lake County Liberty Coalition meeting this past Wednesday. It was a fantastic group of people that want local and state governance to function according to core principles. During this time I presented the history and application of what this Doctrine is as well as how it can be applied in our present time. (see the references to get the presentation pdf.)

What to do if Lesser Magistrates won’t Act?

The question that is addressed in this weeks program is the continuation of Part I: What if the Lesser Magistrate won’t support or act according to Foundational Principles? What Can I do? What should I do?

Since the Pulpits do not give the historical guidance from the historical Pastors of the Reformation or more importantly from the time of the American Revolution, the Citizenry has no capacity to understand their individual proper role in resisting tyranny. With that in mind, I am appreciative of the work of Sarah Morgan Smith writing in the George Fox University Faculty Publications – Department of History, Politics, and International Studies. Thankfully Sarah did all the hard work and I get to bring you a discussion of “Whose Rebellion? Reformed Resistance Theory in America: Part II”

If the Lesser Magistrates can’t or won’t act, Then the Citizenry can. But…. With caveats that clearly defined and with which the Founders of America followed.

Four DEVCONs of Lesser Magistrate Action – DEVCON 4

This is the chart that was discussed in Part I on Wednesday night. At the National Federal Level, we are in DEVCON 4 base on the Thursday House Passage of ‘the Equality Act.’ This is worse than the attacks on ‘religious Liberty’ that was occurring during the Founding Era. This as well as other immoral executive orders and legislation would not be tolerated by the Founders of this Republic.

Sadly, there are many denominations and major pastors/theologians that are capitulating to the evil of those in elected offices and bureaucracies. Hence, the Citizenry is duped and stupefied to comply with unrighteous mandates and law that is contrary to God’s Law.

Vocation Vs. Indoctrination 

This week I’m bringing the Doctrine of Vocation to the table. Since the snow kept us from the meeting where I was to present on the Doctrine of The Lesser Magistrate, I wanted to drill down on one key aspect included in the concept of where do Lesser Magistrates come from. Believe it or not Mr. Ripley, the Doctrine of Vocation was taught and brought forward by Martin Luther. In our present age we have Vocation Vs. Indoctrination. There is so much indoctrination that has inculcated in our Citizenry that even the pulpits have swallowed the blue pill for over a century.

Consequently Vocation became a very profound Doctrine during the Reformation. Subsequently in the last 150 years, this is no longer taught, generally speaking, from the pulpits; never in the education system; nor in business and worse, nowhere in the family (except some Reformation minded churches). I personally attest to this since I did not address Vocation from a Biblical Reformation Doctrine when I was raising our children.

In other words, I missed the simple fact that Vocation is a Biblical Doctrine in part because the evangelical churches that I attended, until I really started studying the Reformation, always put the emphasis on missions and service in or at the church as the primary vocation for Christians. Regardless of denomination, the churches and education placed the high calling of people to be: get educated, go to work and have a better life then the previous generation.

With that in mind, when the body of Christ fully turned education over to the humanists and ungodly, all aspects of personal expression in developing the potentials of individuals set the war of Vocation Vs. Indoctrination. Now there seems to be a limited resurgence in Vocation as noted within the References below.

My intention in bringing this to you is in preparation for next week: What is ‘The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates’ and Who are they?

What is it?

What is the Doctrine of Vocation? R. C. Sproul describes it like this:

One of the key doctrines taught by Luther in the sixteenth century was the priesthood of all believers. That is an often misunderstood concept because it sounds as if Luther was saying that, with the advent of Protestantism, the idea of an ordained clergy is no longer necessary.

Luther did not do away with an ordained clergy. He understood that there was a particular function established in the New Testament for what we would call full-time Christian ministry or pastoral ministry.

What he was saying by the priesthood of all believers is that every believer is called to participate in the establishing and building of the kingdom of God. And every believer, whatever work he’s engaged in—banker, lawyer, Indian chief, baker, or whatever it may be—his work should be done to the glory of God. He should be subjecting his talents and gifts to live coram Deo, before the face of God, under the authority of God, and to the glory of God. This means that we should be wrestling with the biblical principles that teach us how to use our gifts and talents in a way that is serviceable to God and to humanity.

In the medieval church, vocation was restricted to the clergy for the most part. But in the Reformation it was said, “No, the farmer has a vocation, the banker has a vocation,” and so on. God calls all of us to do different aspects of different parts in developing His kingdom.

To that end I am going >to elaborate on Vocation in relationship to those called to serve in Government and bureaucracies. This is a bit of a followup from last week. Ohio has a governor who is not only violating his oath of office but very well might be in the wrong Vocation. Worse of all, he is not only contributing to Indoctrination but foisting it upon the young of Ohio so he can satisfy the those who ...

Gov. DeWine An Open Letter – 9 Books To Perdition 

I began to write Gov. DeWine an open letter but it was turning into a book. Instead of writing something that I knew he would never read, I decided that I would make the open letter a program that anyone could republish as they would like.

The Content

The content of this Open Letter message to Gov. DeWine was to begin with the Executive Orders (EO’s) that he signed on inauguration day. As a sitting member of the mental health board at that time, I found two executive orders to be adding big government and a capitulation to the psychobable lobby. In my opinion, the positions and intent of these orders would add to loss of parental control of K-12 students and would, as it has proven to be true, implement programs into schools that parents may not be aware of which promote mental evaluations of all students. Remember, mental health boards count all students as a demographic, especially for funding purposes.

As I was looking back at Gov. DeWine’s site to find the EO’s, I was shocked to see the picture there of him taking the oath of office. Not that the intent of the new Governor was other than to show respect for the previous owners of the Bibles/New Testaments that his wife was holding but that this action of oath taking is not representative of putting the Truth principles into his exercising governance. Therefore, I believed that the best way to address this swearing in was to bring it into context of the Rev. John Webb Sermon, The Government of Christ, that I put up this past week. You ask why?

The simple answer is that Gov. DeWine Does Not Govern as one who swears on nine Bibles and New Testaments. When one reviews the Sermon of Rev. Webb and other Foundational Pastors, it is clear that either the Ohio Governor has no understanding of that which he swore to and on or that his church Pastor and leadership over the entirety of his life failed to inculcate the truth of Biblical governance into him.

With that, this program is dedicated to identifying for Gov. DeWine why he falls into the categories that Rev. Webb describes as despotic.

Follow The Money

I am going to make this simple. The data as clearly shown by Dr. Frank and Team proves that Gov. DeWine is misleading at best and fully manipulative with fear at worse.

With that, I had to look beyond the data to all the CARES money coming in and how it is being distributed. Let me be clear: There is a really bad flu from China. Yet, the true data does not support the fear and destruction of lives, businesses and Liberty that has been and is being exercised in Ohio.

What to Do?

Learn the truth! First the Biblical Foundational Reformation Truth of the Government of Christ and then how that was intended to be justly implemented in our Constitutional Republic.

Find an organization that is working hard to re-establish the Republic that Ohio should be. Several are suggested in the References.

Get active and contact your State Legislators to get SB22 passed and Veto safe. This is a starting point on curbing the despotism of bureaucrats and the Governor.

The Government of Christ (1738)

Introduction from the Belcher Society:

[John Webb (1687-1750), The Government of Christ (1738). Preached before Governor Jonathan Belcher (1682-1757) during his first governorship of the royal colonies of Massachusetts Bay and New Hampshire (1730-1741).

John Webb’s election day sermon briefly relates the role of God’s providence in the Puritan establishment of New England. Webb also mentions the Great Awakening of the 1730’s that was described by Jonathan Edwards. Webb, who was also a Great Awakening minister, lists Edwards’ famous A Faithful Narrative of the Surprising Work of God in the Conversion of Many Hundred Souls in Northampton (1735), that was edited by Benjamin Colman (see Colman’s sermons Government the Pillar of the Earth and Christ Standing for an Ensign of the People in the Belcher Foundation Christian History Library, for examples of Colman’s own work). Edwards’ narrative was co-published by famous hymnist Isaac Watts (see Watts’ tribute to his friend Governor Jonathan Belcher in Poems about Governor Jonathan Belcher by Isaac Watts and Other Poets).

(Webb’s words about the Great Awakening include the following: “And not long since, He made a most surprising display of His free and sovereign grace in some parts of the land, in converting, or reforming, whole congregations and towns almost, in a few months space, by the immediate influences of His Spirit, succeeding the means of grace, without any awakening providence thereto.”)

Webb’s comments also give the Christian Colonial view of “non-establishment of religion”: “And to this purpose, you [rulers] must employ your superior power and talents so as to make the civil administration, in the most effectual manner, to observe the great end of the Redeemer’s kingdom. And this may be done; not by making and executing laws, with a design to oblige the consciences of men in matters of divine faith and worship; for this is a royalty of Christ, a flower in His crown, which He has reserved only to Himself: But it may be done, […] by distinguishing the most faithful subjects of Christ, with the more peculiar [special] smiles of government; and by setting before the people a bright example of every Christian grace and virtue.”

(In other words, government should not make laws establishing a certain religion or telling people how to believe and worship; yet, at the same time, government should encourage Christianity both by favoring outstanding sincere Christians and bye xemplifying the values of Christ in the rulers’ own lives (i.e., by setting a good Christian example). This is a fine line: Government cannot coerce or proscribe religion, yet it is supposed to favor individual Christians and to model the values of Christianity.)

Webb also went on to say to the General Assembly: “And if there are any laws wanting to secure the honor and interest of Christ’s religion among us, that you would take the matter into serious consideration.” In other words, he wasn’t talking about establishing a religion; he was talking about establishing certain values, the standard of Christ–making Christ’s values (which were really the Ten Commandments) the basis of the law of the land.

Why I Resigned The Mental Health Board

I am discussing the root reason Why I Resigned the Mental Health Board because many have asked as to a root cause.

I want to be clear, that as I comment on the Board itself, that there are a number of the individuals on the Mental Health Board that I have a high regard for. There is one person in particular that happens to be the first one to sit with me and review the operation of the board. This person is effortless in the pursuit of stopping the legalization of marijuana in the State of Ohio. The Mental Health Board is made up of Citizens with various experiences, personal attachments that qualify them to be on the board but, few understand the mechanics of how a Board should actually function and are limited in what can be accomplished due to the restrictions placed on common sense by the Ohio Revised Code and Ohio Administrative Code.

With those points made clear, I will lay a foundation for what are the ills in this property tax ‘Taxing Authority’ during the second and third segments. Having the foundation built I will discuss the root issues and concerns as to Why I Resigned the Mental Health Board.

Church & State

When I consider the root causes in the majority of our nation woe, it all comes down to what has happened in the Church abandoning the State. I am doing a quick book review here. I was gifted a copy of this book by my good friend Dr. Mike Spaulding. The full title is:

‘Church & State, How The Left Used The Church To Conquer America.’

As you know, I’ve discussed this often on this program and have spoken about the historical reality, the truth that Biblical Reformed Christianity is the root of American Liberty and that Church has failed due to bad theology. The Church has been and still is duped into exiting the stage, unlike Snagglepuss the tiger ‘exit stage left’, which would be appropriate for many major denominations, the Church in America ran out both exits left and right – sometimes even leaping off the front into the audience sitting in the darkness.

From the sermon and in respect to the topic of the Mental Health Board, I found this a very direct message as to what should be in our society that heals the mind, soul and person for the sake of a good society:

‘‘It considers indeed morality and the public worship of God as important to the happiness of society: And surely it would be an affront to the people of this state, as the convention speak in their previous address, “to labor to convince them that the honor and happiness of a people depend upon morality; and that the public worship of God has a tendency to inculcate the principles thereof, as well as to preserve a people from forsaking civilization, and falling into a state of savage barbarity”.’

What to Do?

I am committed to have meetings with my State Representative to fight the mental health lobby so as to have the Ohio Revised Code and Ohio Administrative Code changed so that Churches, Pastors can more fully reach into arena of brining hope to those areas dominate by what exist at this time.

I am committed to work with any Church to understand their responsibility in the community to bring the hope, healing and inner liberty that is in the Extensible Gospel. When I did my undergraduate work for my Behavioral Science degree, I found the best text book on mental health. Now out of print, the title is: ‘Psychology In Psalms.’ Good thing that the source material for this book is readily available.
