This topic of Business Governing Not Constitutional Government is difficult to really grasp but it is more evident now with the ChicomFlu as the catalyst then ever before.

This weeks program is a precursor to next week where I will be at be at Planted Flag Brewing in Medina Ohio to discuss what Governor DeWine and his ChicomFlu dictates have done to personal liberty and personal property which are the formula for small business.

I know that many pundits, end of days patriots and evangelicals look at the U. N. and political entities as the destroyers of our Foundational Constitutionalism and Federal Republics of these United States but….. I have seen it differently for years and now – the ChicomFlu with the ‘New Green Deal’ economy of Comrade Obiden has pulled back the curtain of Oz.

I revealed the wbcsd last week. This week I delve into the intent of these 200 plus global businesses that are moving swiftly to fulfill their vision ‘to accelerate the transition to a sustainable world’ by 2050 via ‘Our vision is to create a world where more than 9 billion people are all living well and within the boundaries of our planet.’

wbcsd Businesses: Transhuman

I take you into the concept of Transhuman not as we are hearing from those arguing about the ChicomFlu vax but as one who was in the high-performance computing and telecommunications world. I knew about this effort in transhuman studies and experiments decades ago as I read books and articles by Ray Kurzweilai.

Now, the techno-oligarchs and sillycon valley high-priests of the religions of globalism and environmentalism are using the pandemic scare crisis to run their experimentation into their reality. Just something to think about.

9-11 Forgotten, Afghanistan Forgotten – History Unremembered: COVID Forever

9-11 Forgotten is not a saga if you are over 30. It is a reality that the Pew Report in the References quantifies. The root cause of Afghanistan Forgotten is only for those over 50. With the present educational system History Unremembered is the now and future. More importantly for the observing, COVID is Forever.

That which is Forgotten is not only the event of the time but all the emotion that is tied to it. I discuss the NPR article about children of 9-11 parents. What is a lasting debacle of 9-11 Forgotten are all the after effects in the social and political arenas that have the greatest far reaching consequences. The tragic event on 9-11 is an unsettling for Constitutionalism, Faith and Individuals. 9-11 Forgotten is the connection with Afghanistan that goes back into the mid-’70’s. The battle was never over the liberty of the people there. It has always been about opioid/poppy fields and rare earth materials. False Flags and Raging Bulls are at every turn in the political and ecclesiastical road. With all the false media, government claims of insurrection and pundits yelping all over the air waves and digital platforms, I’m reminded of the Spanish bull bloody and weak from banderillas snorting with fierceness in the eyes but slow to respond to the reality before it. A win for Citizens Rights!

I am planning for next week to bring in a key individual that spoke at the Geauga County Medical Board meeting where the director was immediately terminated. The full facts of job performance, the assault on the Amish and other key factors need to be properly spoken about. Now, the critical choice for the County Health Board will be to select a ‘Director’ who will uphold their ‘Oath’ to the Ohio Constitution and fully honor and act in accordance to Article I of said Constitution.

On this program we discuss the AZ Audit and Republican Travesty with my friend Ted Farmer. Ted was involved early on in the AZ Audit. He shares his first hand experiences and opinion on what he participated in.

With Ted, I delve into the Republican Travesty. Yup, the problems in the republican party are systemic. We compare notes between the State of Arizona Republican Party and that in Ohio. I’m sure that you can compare your own state as well. Simply put, the Republican Travesty is that the central committees, especially at the state level, don’t care about Liberty.

In our conversation, Ted makes a huge revelation that exposes the key language of the RINO and establishment. Listen close in the 3rd segment for this revelation and see that it is true in your local Republican party as well as State and National.

In the AZ Audit, it is clear and we must understand that the hitches, hiccups and down right nastiness has come from the Republican elite, RINOS and Republican socialists as well as every other mix that is about party and power…. NOT Liberty.

A win for Citizens Rights!

In our County the Department of Health Director/Commissioner is appointed by the health board. The board is appointed by Township Trustees and representatives of cities and villages. Making this short, to which I will follow up with a program next week, is that the said Health Director constantly expressed his political ideology on his personal Facebook page and, in exercising his office he personally harassed the Amish community regarding health practices and specifically regarding the ChicomFlu and the jab.

To say the least, his personal expressions are socialist ideologies. With this, over the last couple of weeks he posted on Facebook regarding those refusing to take the jab. In effect, he violated his Oath to the Ohio Constitution, specifically Article I. His management of the department was inefficient and caused other issues withing the county.

Well, Citizens had enough. And thanks to the lead of the Geauga County TEA Party, over 200 citizens went to the most recent County Health Department meeting. They expressed there concerns and many demanded the termination of the Health Director/Commissioner.

I could not make the meeting but at the onset of this situation submitted a letter to my Township Trustees and the County Commissioners. Remember, use the Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates. In Ohio, the Township Trustees determine the makeup of the Health Board. My Trustees sent my letter to the Health Board. If you are interested you can read my letter on the web site after the podcast and video go up on Saturday.

In Short: The Geauga County Health Board, a bureaucratic entity, immediately terminated this Director/Commissioner. You can read a citizen journalist recap of the events here.

Let this be an example to all that when the people rally for the correct reason, bureaucrats and politicians can be persuaded to act Constitutionally. I suggest that you get active in your local groups.

If you want to re-secure your God given Constitutional Rights then get your butts our of your seats and become active participants. That is what the Founders expected.

Republicanism Not Republicans 

Republicanism is not the same as or even truly represented by Republicans. Based on what has and is occurring in the Republican Party, especially in Ohio and several other swing states, the truth, fact and understanding of republicanism is nonexistent.

The Constitution of these United States is for a republic operating within the context of republicanism. Although the ‘rule of law’ is a key component of republicanism it has been sadly ‘perverted’ as Bastiat observed in the opening in his treatise, ‘The Law’:

‘The law perverted! The law—and, in its wake, all the collective forces of the nation—the law, I say, not only diverted from its proper direction, but made to pursue one entirely contrary! The law become the tool of every kind of avarice, instead of being its check! The law guilty of that very iniquity which it was its mission to punish! Truly, this is a serious fact, if it exists, and one to which I feel bound to call the attention of my fellow citizens.’

Therefore, we see the left, the American Marxists, take over the bureaucracies, political parties and even elected offices by using ‘The Law.’ Thereby perverting the republicanism of our founding.

Republicanism Is Not the Republican Party

Foundationally, republicanism is simply the populist rule of law and has nothing to do with party. In fact, the modern Republican Party are the foreshadowed aristocratical tyrants that the Founding era saw if true Republicanism was corrupted.

We see that the republican party at all levels, especially in Ohio, do not act as if Constitutionalism or Republicanism even matters. Power and positioning is at the front of who they endorse and spend money on. There is little to no respect for the Citizenry but this was predicted by those that wrote with concern at the Founding – ‘can the republic be maintained?’

That which is happening around us is not giving foundational grounding, truth or understanding. Since the educational system has destroyed critical thinking and Founders Intent for self-governance, the gap is filled with emotionalism, psycho-babble and the manipulators of emotions and language.

Those who fill the data bits of social and digital media, as well as the blaring pundits, are masters of emotional manipulation. Critical thinking and foundational reasoning have left the planet in these United States. When Science Is Not Science – Positivism

Is Positivism the same as being positive? I have watched the trends of unmoral manipulation in sciences over the last thirty years to the point that Science is Not Science any longer. I have a science background. I speak to the details of my hard science and soft science past on the program. What I discuss in this program is a more simple explanation regarding the politicalization and rationalization of funding for amoral science, especially at the federal level – A hint is: the resurgence of logical positivism.

Logical Positivism

Cath and I were going through some past teachings of R. C. Sproul when one came up on Logical Positivism. I had not even thought about that in years and then it hit me like a rock that the resurgence of that philosophy is a core tenet of what is occurring in the political realm but worse, what is the rational of all things science at the federal level. Hence, the ChicomFlu and all the actions around it are inescapably the empirical castings of Logical Positivism. Yes, there is a resurgence in actively implementing logical positivism.

What is it? The dictionary of psychology defines logical positivism as:

‘…a philosophical perspective that is committed to the principle of verification, which holds that the meaning and truth of all nontautological1 statements are dependent on empirical observation. In the early 20th century, the positivists of the Vienna Circle sought to establish the essential unity of logic, philosophy, and science and to distinguish these disciplines from others such as metaphysics, ethics, and religion, which were dismissed for their speculative character. The positivist view of science was influential during the period in which psychology emerged as a science and has had a recognizable influence on the discipline.’

The resurgence never left the soft sciences. From a 2015 article titled ‘The rise and fall of logical positivism’

‘…Economists in particular, and most social scientists in general, continue to believe in positivist ideas, and to use them as a basis for research. Inertia keeps professionals wedded to this obsolete philosophy, since replacing it would require rejection of 50 years or more of theorising. Nonetheless, a radical re-thinking is the need of the hour, since the positivist rejection of human experience as a source of knowledge has led to impoverished theories in social sciences, which are manifestly incapable of dealing with looming catastrophes on several fronts.’

Applied in Politics and Law

As we consider the founding documents all the way back to Mayflower Compact, we know explicitly that God is referenced in the fullest Biblical sense as the author of all creation. Therefore as we get to the Declaration of Independence, we have a clear understanding as to where our ‘inalienable rights’ come from. Unfortunately, the source of our rights is no longer based on Foundational facts.

By applying logical positivism in politics and law, the presupposition is that God is meaningless and any concepts, principles, rights or laws derived from that thinking is meaningless and void of consideration.

Let that sink in as you look at the forthcoming ChicomFlu shutdowns, mask and jab mandates. Those in the government bureaucracies and science are the final arbiter’s of mandating submission to the governme...

I open this weeks program with a sincere apologies to Pastor John MacArthur for my program on 8-15-20 titled “John MacArthur – Too Little Too Late.’

Next is the discussion between coherent Rants and those of pundits who strike an emotional note but often do nothing to bring the listener to a means of self-governance, be it personal, family, work, or governing in our Republic.

Lastly in this episode of Apologies, Rants and Reason; Reason is qualified from the point of Founder’s Intent. I bring you to the Introduction of the Epilogue: Securing the Republic in Volume One of The Founders Constitution.

Apologies

My apology to John MacArthur is heart felt. I have been digging into his videos at the pulpit and those where he is interviewed on various topics regarding the extensibility of the Gospel. Yet, as you will find in the other programs that I referenced here, there seems to be an incongruity in how John MacArthur is perceived in relationship to his peers who have gone to the dark side on social and cultural issues…. Well, that means they went to the dark side politically as well.

I will leave it at the fact that my apology is specific and that maybe, as John MacArthur is now preaching clearly, the woke church isn’t the church. As I have always noted, the pulpits lead the nation. When they stopped affecting every aspect of the Republic, The Constitution became meaningless as the Founders like Madison and John Adam well noted – This Constitution is ONLY for a moral and virtuous people.

Reason

Lastly, when it comes to Reason in this program on Apologies, Rants and Reason, the Epilogue found in Volume I of The Founders Constitution is a mainstay. The mechanisms for keeping the republic are well articulated regardless of your preference to Christianity or not. Morals and Virtue are the foundation of our Constitutional Republic. Education is the mechanism to properly inculcate both. Sadly, our educational system is now designed to destroy the Constitution and the Republic.

Time to defund all education that does not further Founders Intent…. Especially public universities and colleges since they are bastions for communism.

Election Integrity

I take a hard jab at the Ohio Secretary of State (SOS) since he has not been as forthcoming as he promised during his campaign for the title. He is a former Special Forces member and should know that his Oath is eternally binding yet, he is a ‘never Trumper’ so he is playing the tune of a quasi-conservative / establishment repudican. I’ve see the data and Ohio is not as pure as he insists it is. The Ohio SOS needs to lead in Integrity, one definition is: internal consistency or lack of corruption in electronic data, regarding the voting machines in every county. But, does he have ears to hear and act on truth?

Mandates

The despotic manipulators destroying Constitutionalism and our republic are using case law to force Mandates. The judicial system no longer functions as the Founders Intended. Both the Anti-federalists and Thomas Jefferson were correct regarding the judiciary:

Richard Henry Lee, The Federal Farmer: ‘… There are some powers proposed to be lodged in the general government in the judicial department, I think very unnecessarily, I mean powers respecting questions arising upon the internal laws of the respective states. It is proper the federal judiciary should have powers co-extensive with the federal legislature—that is, the power of deciding finally on the laws of the union. By Art. 3. Sect. 2. the powers of the federal judiciary are extended (among other things) to all cases between a state and citizens of another state—between citizens of different states…’

Robert Yates writes as Brutus: ‘… Much has been said and written upon the subject of this new system on both sides, but I have not met with any writer, who has discussed the judicial powers with any degree of accuracy. And yet it is obvious, that we can form but very imperfect ideas of the manner in which this government will work, or the effect it will have in changing the internal police and mode of distributing justice at present subsisting in the respective states, without a thorough investigation of the powers of the judiciary and of the manner in which they will operate. This government is a complete system, not only for making, but for executing laws. And the courts of law, which will be constituted by it, are not only to decide upon the constitution and the laws made in pursuance of it, but by officers subordinate to them to execute all their decisions. The real effect of this system of government, will therefore be brought home to the feelings of the people, through the medium of the judicial power. It is, moreover, of great importance, to examine with care the nature and extent of the judicial power, because those who are to be vested with it, are to be placed in a situation altogether unprecedented in a free country. This week my focus is on the Subversion that has been occurring for decades in education and is now the full blown Marxist push via CRT. Now CRT is not new, it is right out of the 1930’s Frankfurt School. With that in mind, there are a lot of pundits out there that are loudly blasting CRT for what it is. This program brings it home to Ohio as an example for every State in the Nation.

One key element to understand is that the subversion is insidious by virtue of the vocabulary woven into every subject taught in schools. The acronym CRT is the tip of the iceberg in how the real language has word definition manipulation throughout the educational system. What that means is that your school or board of education may claim no CRT is in the district BUT – ask to see the curriculum and you will find every buzzword of Critical Theory in every subject taught.

Joining me is Kirsten Hill. She is an elected Member to the Ohio State Board of Education. The emphasis on elected is critical as you will learn from our conversation. Kirsten will take us through the ‘midnight’ vote that happened last July in Ohio. A resolution was past that is foisting subversion into the school districts of Ohio. This is the same mechanism of subversion that many others are experiencing in their States.

Let me sum it with this generalized statement: ‘words have meaning that not always is what the word should mean.’ We will discuss this more.

Also joining me is Tom Hach. Tom has been on the program in the past but is here not only as a local and state wide Liberty leader but as a Local School Board Member. Tom will be interjecting a lot in respect to CRT implementation at the local level.

Unwinding the Subversion of Independence Day

So the O’biden Administration and the Marxist Critical Theory ilk are diminishing the historical significance of Independence Day. What I highly recommend is that you take in these two videos that bring Independence and Liberty back in full focus.

Subversion Itself

Those that do not understand Foundational Truth will question my use of Subversion. In our discussion for the program Kirsten Hill notes that the majority of those who promote Critical Theory or its component CRT are, ‘Useful Idiots’, that do not know the history of America nor that of Marxism. Therefore I am providing the definition from Daniel Webster:

‘Entire overthrow; an overthrow of the foundation; utter ruin; as the subversion of a government or state; the subversion of despotic power; the subversion of the constitution or laws; the subversion of an empire.’

What we are experiencing in our schools, churches and all levels of government is subversion in its full devilish masquerade.
