Tiffany Bond joins us to share her story of going through childhood with divorce, rape, trauma, addiction all while also dealing with mental health issues. All of those issues led her to a painful pattern of abusive relationships. Once she escaped with her children, found recovery, and was given an award by the Mayor for her hard-earned efforts, she crashed, again-relapsed. That didn’t stop her though. Becoming our authentic selves are who we all strive to be. We all want to be loved and accepted. However in order for us to do that, we must respect others for the same, but not be disrespectful because we simply disagree. We discuss some ideas and toss them up!
