In walk Allison Fasano, John Brill and their team of 6 who cook, from an undisclosed location, 1500 plated meals per day for doctors, nurses, military, Homeland Security and other frontline/healthcare workers at various COVID-19 testing sites throughout New York.
Their kitchen opens up at 3:00am, seven days a week with ACDC playing in the background. Menus cover breakfast, lunch and dinner that include Keto, vegetarian, vegan and nationality specific dishes. And there are always multiple choices available. (Ask them about their Big F&^% Sandwiches).
