Sarah Davidson (nee Holloway) is the good friend who finally not only convinced me to create my own podcast but also kindly offered to edit it for me if I took the suggested leap. So... she is largely why Hear me RAW exists. Thank you. In her own words she's not the best candidate for a short bio (and knowing her as I do she is most deserved of a super long one). She is a serial rambler, over enthusiastic life lover with an abundance of interests, passions, career changes, lifestyle revelations, adventures, hopes and dreams.

This was in fact the very first ever episode of Hear me RAW that we recorded together and it was such an immense joy to do so. I've left it until Episode seven to actually bring it to you to give a little breathing space between the intro (where she interviewed me...).

In this ep, it's Sarah's turn to shine and it's my honour to discuss so candidly so much of her journey which includes the transition from being a high powered lawyer into a world of health, wellbeing and nutrition which ultimately led to Matcha Maiden, Matcha Mylkbar and all the incredible adventures in between.
