The mind is the whole hindrance for us to see, to feel peace and to be part of life. Mind creates the separation from reality. Help is always there but we have to be available and receptive. Vasant Swaha shares a story where one of Ramana Maharshi’s disciples asks for guidance and the Master simply answers: “The Guru is within'', teaching that the essence is always available inside and that the visible Guru is there to guide us back to the inner truth. A disciple shares about the joy of being open and losing control, and also how the mind can bring doubts and judgments after experiencing blissful moments.
