Blurry eyesight can be caused by many things. Some causes that are on my radar include:

• ​Diabetes
• ​Inflammation of the pituitary gland
• ​Glaucoma
• ​Eye strain from focusing on close objects
• ​Eye strain from insufficient sleep
• ​Eye strain from phone, tablet and PC screens
• ​Dehydration
• ​Poor circulation(Glaucoma)

There are definitely more causes but I am focusing on what I believe may be the cause of my blurry eyes.

The pituatary glad does a lot of things including producing prolactin. Overproduction can interfere with other functions. Do your own research though.

I posit that the orientation of my desk for the pas 14 years has affected my hair thinning unevenly.

Vybz Kartel is a famous Dancehall reggae musician. He has had health struggles. Many have speculated that they are due to his use of skin lightning cosmetics. He even had his own brand of skin lightning cosmetics.

Doesn’t really do anything to my knowledge except kill germs.

Our thoughts if allowed to fester can become toxic to ourselves.

Bone spurs and other calcium deposit related conditions seem to be related to kidney function. In my opinion and others’ opinion distilled water is better for cleaning the kidneys than spring water as they contain minerals including calcium.
