Election 2024 was a Red Sweep, but the GOP isn’t going to have an easy time of it. Our country is deeply divided, and the majorities in Congress are thin. This could negatively impact much-needed reform legislation.
Trump’s cabinet and staff appointments have been pretty good so far, including the first ever female Chief of Staff and a new Government Efficiency Department to be headed by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy. Time to get tough on bureaucratic waste.
Kamala Harris’ campaign reportedly paid Oprah Winfrey $1M for her appearance. Officially it was paid to Oprah’s company – which she owns – and she claims she made no money on the deal. If you believe that, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.
