Slovenian poet, dramatic, playwright and translator Ervin Fritz celebrated his 80th birthday on the 27th of June. We talked about his celebration, which took place near his hometown Prebold in Savinjska valley, about the importance of retaining different dialects and much more.

Slovenski pesnik, dramatik, dramaturg in prevajalec Ervin Fritz je 27. junija praznoval svoj 80.rojstni dan. Pogovarjala sva se o praznovanju, ki ga je priredil v domači Savinjski dolini, o narečjih in še čem. Pred kratkim je izdal novo pesniško zbirko "Savinjčanke", ki je napisana v dialektu Spodnje Savinjske doline.

We spoke with him about his first months amongst the Slovenian community in Victoria and how he and they have fared during the corona virus crisis, which has increased in the recent week in Victoria. - Pater Simon Peter Berlec je prispel v Avstralijo marca letos. Pogovarjali smo se o njegovih prvih mesecih v slovenski skupnosti v Melbournu in kako preživlja čas koronavirusa, ki se je v Viktoriji ponovno pojavil.
