Influenza is a very contagious infection of the airways. It affects people of all ages. Although it can be a mild disease, it can also cause very serious illness in otherwise healthy people. It can require hospitalisation and can cause death. Dr Sivagamy Iyngaran explains more about flu vaccination and it's necessity

சிட்னியில் நடக்கவிருக்கும் சித்திரைத் திருவிழாவில் பங்கேற்க வரவிருக்கும் வில்லிசையில் வித்தகம் புரியும் பிரபல வில்லிசைக் கலைஞர் திருமதி பாரதி திருமகன் அவர்கள்.  வில்லுப்பாட்டிற்குப் பெயர் போன சுப்பு ஆறுமுகம் அவர்களின் மகளான இவர், சுமார் முப்பதாயிரம் மேடைகள் கண்ட வில்லிசை வித்தகி மட்டுமின்றி சொல்லிசையிலும் சிறந்து விளங்குபவர்.

Tamil Arts and Culture Association (TACA, Sydney) Inc. is organising a day-long mega-event “Sydney Chithirai Festival” on Sunday the 24th April 2022 at Blacktown Leisure Centre, Stanhope Gardens for the consecutive 10th year. Major highlights of the event is the Tamil folk music performance by the reputed troupe from Tamil Nadu.
