Confession: I used to have a lot of workaholic tendencies. I used to believe that I had to always hustle around the clock and this led to not having boundaries between my personal life and work life.

Don’t get me wrong - I love what I do and am very lucky to have a career I actually love. But there’s a huge difference between working to feel worthy and important versus working because you enjoy it. Not to mention, the results of both those circumstances vary greatly as well.
