Kicking it off with a great story, Dan shares something  NOT found from some online post. Or from any articles. This tale is based on some supposedly true stories. Sophie Evans found all this. She was clearly on the same page as I was last week, when it came to worrying about how modern technology and paranormal horror can collide today. His second story is a little one. Just a peek into the rumors that India’s Bhangarh Fort is not just haunted, but curse. We’ll look at two origin stories for the curse, and at a few claims of paranormal encounters. Lynze shares story of a family haunting turned attachment that started in New York and has traveled to North Carolina. Her last tale about a possible skinwalker had Dan in stitches. Not the usual aim here but that's how it shook out!

Dan's first story is really intense. It deals with a woman being tormented in a way not quite like what we’ve covered here before. A slightly new method of mental torture. While that first story is an alleged modern encounter, Dan's second story is an old one. It begins in the 17th century. Did the Devil use her to write a strange, mysterious, cryptic letter that was only finally decoded a little over five years ago?  Lynze will share just one tale about a  haunted family heirloom.

For Dan's first story, we go to the little mining town of Cripple Creek, Colorado, from 1892. Probably doesn’t sound too terrifying. But, just imagine dealing with the worst kinds of paranormal horror that we’ve talked about here many times in the sense of it happening in recent years, where you can go stay with relatives, or get a priest or shaman, etc., to perform some kind of blessing - but now you have no one to help you and nowhere to go. You’re just stuck - as in, snowed in a homestead cabin kind of stuck - with something evil. Then Dan shares some history and then a smattering of recent paranormal sightings from England’s very historic Colchester  Castle. Lynze will share two similarly themed tales this week about little ghost boys showing up for different people in different places! What does it mean when a little boy shows up? Anything

Dan found the first story I’m telling today on the web - a story I was pointed to by Curtis Rioux, fan, friend, and incredibly talented professional animator. The urban legend of Click… Clack… Slide… I don’t want to spoil what that represents, but I’m guessing that many of our listeners have heard a version of this story - like Curtis - when they were kids. Can a monster be both a manufactured urban legend AND something you could truly encounter. That’s what we play around with in this story. Then, a man who was horrifying in real life continues to haunt people even after his death: John Wayne Gacy. 

Next, we dip back into true crime and go over a few locations reported to be haunted in the Chicago area, by the ghost of infamous serial killer, John Wayne Gacy.Lynze has two fantastic stories this week! Her first tale will make you think twice about the sounds of footsteps you hear on the stairs. Are they coming from someone or some thing? Then she presents a story with no explanation or resolution. A fan shares their tale of happening upon a room full of blood, but where did it come from?

Dan's first of two stories is based on around something we haven't really explored  before. Astral projection. If you could train your mind to actually be able to take your consciousness OUT of your body… leave it behind as a sort of empty vessel - could something else enter in its place? After that, off to Hawaii for a little bite-sized bit of horror. Some paranormal encounters alleged to have taken place at the Honolulu Police Department’s training academy. Lot of horror on those little islands it seems. Then Lynze poses a great question about the paranormal and psilocybin. Can you bring back something from a trip? Lastly, a piece of jewelry seems to be the source of some kind of attachment.

The first story this week is brutal. It deals with some real-life heavy topics of child and spousal abuse. A spirit that seems to feed off all of this torment and make it worse seems to be attacking a family. Then the  infamous legend of the Dover Demon.  Cryptid? Alien? Hoax? Did four teenagers really seem some sort of monster in a Massachusetts town just outside of Boston in the Spring of 1977? Then in the back half, Lynze shares a new "thing", a tulpa. She and Dan had never heard of it and the fan submission will make you wonder if the hat man himself is a tulpa. Then, a family tale of encountering some kind of shadowy figure and the remnants of what appears to be some sort of ritual while cleaning a home that is not their own.

Dan's first story takes us to Maine - set in a remote farm somewhere near the 100 mile wilderness area of the Appalachian Trail. Rural isolation adding to the horror for one very unlucky family.  Then, the short story of the the Delhi Purple Sapphire, also known as the Cursed Amethyst - an allegedly haunted object. Lynze tells us three tales. The first two are real head scratcher's and will leave you with questions. The final tale is so creepy- just wait for it!

Dan is sharing his usual two tales!  The first one, a man’s brother dies, a brother who was NOT fond him during the final years of his life. And now his spirit seems to be dedicated to tormenting his brother. The second one  is the tale of the ghost of Lavinia Fisher - the first woman to be executed in the State of South Carolina. This week, Lynze has just one, big tale coming to you from the Jefferson Davis Hospital!

Dan's first story is set in the little ski town of Crested Butte, Colorado. It's a modern encounter story of a man who claims to have picked up and given a ride to one of the area’s most infamous spirits. And then  to the UK - to the rolling green hills of Gloucestershire , England, to visit the strange and haunted unfinished Woodchester Mansion. Lynze's first story brings to life everyone's fear of something chasing you up the stairs from the basement. To finish the episode, she tells us a spooky tale about something or someone trying to make life uncomfortable at a mental health facility.
