Full Hour | To lead off today’s second hour, attorney Michael Taylor joins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss a situation playing out in the Downingtown Area School District featuring an election dispute. During the recent election, Margie Miller won a seat on the school board by a four vote margin. This past week, a lawyer for her competition disputed the election results, arguing that six ballots that have been disputed should win the competitor the election. Taylor takes us through the situation, telling the results of the election, and Giordano frames the situation in a larger scope, telling of the implications a decision on this election would have on mail-in ballots in elections state-wide.
Then, Pennsylvania Representative Craig Williams returns to the Dom Giordano Program for an update on another path to hold Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner accountability for the spike in crime we have seen here in Philadelphia. Last time Williams was on the Dom Show, he and Giordano discussed a grant that Williams received to help assist in prosecuting gun crimes in and around Philadelphia. Williams updates the situation on the grant, and tells how he hopes this helps the situation here in Philadelphia. Williams explains that Attorney General Shapiro and DA Krasner still continue to refuse all the tools at their avail to get the gun crisis in trouble. Then, Giordano asks Representative Williams for his opinion on the letter sent last week by Senator Corman calling for the assembly to begin the process for the impeachment of Krasner, with Williams telling why he does not currently support the initiative.
