Toward that end, July’s theme of the month is, “The Spiritual Importance of Agreements,” which focuses on the ageless universal principles as taught by Don Miguel Ruiz in his spiritual classic, The Four Agreements. I so look forward to the support, strength and encouragement we experience together each week as we heartfully and prayerfully support the truth of our Oneness with God’s grace and all of our brothers and sisters.

The July 27, 2025 topic is The Fourth Agreement: “Always Do Your Best.” Even with the highest and best of intentions we may fall somewhat short in our desire to be and express our best self in all that we are presented with in life. The July 13, 2025 topic is The Second Agreement: “Don’t Take Anything Personally.” This Agreement is perhaps one of the most challenging to apply. Why? Because of our attachment to our carefully crafted self-image and how we wish it to be received in the world. The good news is that this egoic habit pattern is not etched in our Higher Self. As we become spiritual grown-ups we cultivate a sense of humor that allows us to let go of reactions that ruffle the ego’s feathers.

The July 6, 2025 topic is The First Agreement: “Be Impeccable with Your Word.” Our words, whether in the form of thoughts, speech, or writing, are a creative force that builds the reality of our individual life and that of our world. The June 29, 2025 topic is Expectancy Speeds Demonstration. Wouldn’t it be great if, like an online order delivery, we could predict the approximate arrival date of a demonstration? To “expect” is defined as “to look forward confidently,” which is another way of describing how trust in Universal laws expedites the demonstration. Today we will practice exercising the heart-mind muscles of trust and expectancy.
