He is the host of the “Engineering Entrepreneur” podcast, about the engineering and technical side of entrepreneurship. His strategy is to interview engineers, designers and inventors who have created businesses around their inventions and products. 

In this episode we discuss customer satisfaction and how to keep customers happy, as well as ideal work hours and team size. Scott gives some excellent input on why a bigger company doesn't necessarily mean more money or more freedom.
