The next item discussed involved the court's hearing of oral arguments over two cases that were consolidated: FDA v. Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine and Danco Laboratories LLC v. Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine. Some say that this could have the potential effect of stopping mail-order abortions.
