According to Mat, Brett Kavanaugh is eminently qualified to be a Supreme Court judge. He graduated from Yale as an undergrad in 1987, Yale law school in 1990, spent 2 years as a law clerk for the Federal Court of Appeals with the 3rd circuit, the 9th Circuit, had a one-year fellowship with the office of Solicitor General Kenneth Starr, and he clerked for one year with Justice Anthony Kennedy. He's been on the D.C. Court of Appeals from 2006 to the present.
